Healthy Vegetasia

I went here with some vegan/veggie friends and fell in love. I am not even vegetarian, but this is the best chinese food I think I've ever had! Reasonably priced as well. We ate in the restaruant in the International District and found it to be pleasant, extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and efficient.

All the various "meat" substitutes are made in house from vegetable products. The food is cooked fresh to order with a light touch. This is not greasy or overly saucy at all.
We each ordered a different meal. The best were the sweet and sour "chicken" and the fried won-ton.
Oh and did I mention the tea? They have several types to choose from. We tried the Jasmine White and it was excellent. I highly reccomend this place for vegetarians, or anyone who likes good and healthy chinese!
