February 7, 2012\nYesterday I was in the area of 65th and Folsom Blvd, so decided to run in to Office Depot, sort of shopping for a device that I could travel with better than this big laptop.\nSince I'm not sure what device does all that I want it to do, I was looking around the store and Rod took the time to explain the differences that each device does. He answered ALL my questions about storing, transferring data, showing pics, monthly fee requirements, etc., etc., etc. I'm 77 and you, Rod, are the first person who made things very clear in this high tech world. Thank you very much.

OK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME NOW. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THIS OFFICE DEPOT ON FOLSOM BLVD. STAFF IS USUALL NICE WHEN YOU ARE THERE, BUT FORGET ABOUT CALLING AND CHECKING FOR ITEM AVAILABILITY. YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO TAKE A TRIP DOWN THERE. JUST CALL OFFICEMAX DOWN THE STREET.
