We visited Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines, to lease a new 2015 GL450 for our family. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Ricardo Salas, Francisco Lasprilla, Walter Hidalgo and Roberto Montoya were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the Mercedes that met our needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale.

I really recommend this dealer. I wanted to buy the car of my dreams, the 2014 C250, however I was not sure I was going to get a good deal. Thankfully, the salesman Mr.Velez was the one that helped me. He was very patient and help me through the entire process. The team was great too! I am a very pleased customer

From arrival to driving out, the experience is top notch. I was expecting less attention than lower end dealers. From the receptionist to finance manager the process was as enjoyable as shopping for a vehicle can be. Thanks to Moises in Sales and Robert is Finance.
This was my second vehicle here, my first was a 2013 CLS550 which is a beautiful machine but 15 months into lease my business slowed and I needed to reduce some expenses. I approached the service manager while having my vehicle in for routine service and asked if Mercedes will get me out of lease early into a lower payment. He said I should speak with Sales Manager cause they will do what they can for customers. This was a long shot but from the first moment, we were set at ease with the words "We will make this happen". Not only did they make it happen but we were put into a brand new 2014 E350 at significantly lower payments. It took several days before we received the call to come in, but it was a simple process that has solved a major problem for my family.
