Great customer service. In & out fast, even though there were a bunch of people ahead of me. Very nice and personable staff. They couldn't have made it any easier.

Great job, your owner was experienced in Honda CRV's so all the better. Your techs discovered an oil leak through a valve cover gasket and were able to fix it (instead of my having to go to another mechanic for a fix.) Finding that leak answered my unspoken question, how come I have some oil drops on my driveway? No more oil leaks on the driveway now. All the work you did was accomplished fine. Very happy with the quality of the work.

Chris and everyone at this Midas shop are outstanding! They provide quick, quality and friendly service and I never feel like they are looking for stuff to fix that doesn't need to be fixed like at other shops! I really do trust their work and have all of our cars serviced here now for everything.

Great service! Was glad to find a location close to my home. My GPS did not show this location. I found it when a young man was waving a sandwich board-type sign at a busy intersection nearby. Their waiting area is an extra nice touch making the overall experience a good one. The technician carefully explained some upcoming maintenance concerns, but didn't get pushy at all when I said I will have to work them into my budget. I left with a good info sheet that will help me with the planning. I have a different mechanical shop where I'm still likely to go for anything very technical and in-depth ...probably because I've always thought of Midas as the oil change place, even though they do more. All-in-all, a great experience and I will go back and recommend to others.

I enjoyed my experience with Matt, Chris and Elisabeth at Midas Roseville. They were fast reasonable and knowledgeable. I received an oil change and a 22 point inspection plus Smog check in under an hour. I was very impressed and will continue to have my cars serviced at Midas Roseville.

I have been impressed with the honesty and level of work done. My car took longer than expected to fix due to back order parts but they always contacted me and kept me informed as to the reason and gave me choices.

The people at the desk are always super friendly. They go beyond the basics of customer service to make sure your experience is unique. They always perform a thorough examination of the vehicles. The best part is that Midas has very fair prices. I've never felt overcharged.

I work in a nearby office. Complex I had actually heard good things from multiple co-workers. I gave it a try & got an oil change. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off my car during my break and I picked it up on my lunch. Most importantly the price they quoted me was the price I paid. I've been to Jiffy Lube and they always had to add extra charges for things they claim I need...not w/ Midas. I was in and out when dropping off & picking up my car. Will definitely be going back. Good bye Jiffy Lube ...HELLO Midas!

The employees at this Midas Outlet were extremely efficient and attentive. They kept me posted on their findings and recommendations. I needed a smog check on my vehicle and they arranged for the owner of the smog station right next store to start the paperwork and be ready for me when Midas was done. Excellent experience.

They got my car in right away, & fixed my brakes while I waited for 1/4 of what another auto shop wanted to charge me.

My experience at Midas was awesome. The staff in the office was very pleasant to deal with and very polite. I had a bad squeak in my rear brakes for about 1 month and could not fix it myself, but my list technicians recommended an adjustment and brake cleaning and I have no more squeaking. I am a very happy customer and will be returning for additional preventative maintenance.
