Highland Car Care Center

I have had my car repaired at Highland Car Care for 10 years. They are very professional, and do not over-charge or hound me with unnecessary repair recommendations. I always feel as if I am treated fairly, and not taken advantage of because I am female. Repairs are done timely. It is obvious that this business stays afloat through repeat customers -- and with good reason :)

They've always done a fantastic job for all of our vehicles. The pricing is reasonable and honest and they truly appreciate their customers.

i own a lanscaping company and own 5 trucks every repair that highland car care has done for me works fantastic from wiring to rearends transmissions and im satisfied.mostly i trust them thats why i go back they do very good work. they treat my trucks as if they were their own. when i have to go out plowing i need to make sure my truck is gonna be reliable and since i have been bringing it to highland car care i havent had a thing to worry about. they are quick and reliable and i refer them to every one who needs any work done. they definetly have me as a customer for life.

I have been to highland car care and never had a problem they always gave the right advise and lead u the right way I think for u steve call there and talk to lee he will help as much as he can and some times he will get out of his way to help u good luck there good people and they no there stuff about cars.

A seemingly simple oil change turned into a nightmare. They forgot to put the oil back in! After driving 9 miles home and noticing my oil light on I called them and was told to bring it back the next morning. I did and half way there noticed a "ticking" sound. Upon their inspection, they indicated it lost oil pressure and would change the oil again. Upon doing so, they noticed metal shavings in the oil filter.

Now I need a new engine due to their error of NOT replacing the old oil with new before I drove it home. They will be hearing more from me.

I've taken my car and my wife's car here for about a year. I can't remember who referred me, but simply put I've consistently price checked them on line when they quote parts prices, and they've been more than resonable, both times.
Once I called him out on a 10 dollar difference, between an online part and his cost. He actually offered me a free oil change coupon. Of course I threw it away on accident, but more importantly that is how he conducted his operation. Seemingly he bases it on repeat business.

I used Highland Car Care for a minor repair on my vehicle. I found them to be very professional and very honest. I didn't feel as though uneccessary repairs were being added or that I was being hounded to have repairs done that weren't needed. I was treated very fairly and my car was fixed sooner than I expected. I actually got it back the very same day although I was expecting it would take at least until the next day. I highly recommend this shop!
