While the sales people may be friendly, the sales manager is NOT!!! Very poor customer service from him the MOMENT you drive off the lot!!! This specific dealership has LOST all their sales people but one in the last few months. New sales manager brought in to 'fix the mess' in November and he is ONLY focused on profit and has a very nasty temper as soon as you have signed on the dotted line. Any thing told to you that IS NOT IN WRITING, will not be honored here. Not even the required 72 hour cooling off period on the car. No buyer needs the problems and stress and run around this place will give you!!!

This dealership plays the shell game with you on how the 'value' your trade in, 'way under the Kelly Blue Book', so to be safe here make SURE you take a print out of Kelly Blue Book with you when you go there, they will low ball your trade in value.

I suggest you stay away from this Rick Case dealership if you want to be treated fairly. ---- Face it, if ALL the sales people left but one, are they all the problem? Or is it the business??? Drive a few more miles and go to another Hyundai dealer who's going to be honorable and will be fair with the customer....

Update: 4/14/2011 Please keep in mind this review is from 2007 and does not reflect any of our current managers. Our sales people, however, are still friendly! This guy obviously had a negative experience, and we're sorry for it. But there are two sides to every story. Unfortunately only one side has been told and there is no one left from the time of the experience who can respond. Trades appraisals are now based on computerized analysis. We go to an Internet site that has updated values from auctions across the country as well as NADA, Blackbook and others. Those averages are what we base our offers on. We also take into consideration the condition of your car, its mileage and age. Dealerships also incur expenses to inspect and repair cars they may resell which also is taken into consideration at trade in time. When car shopping, I was most impressed with Hyundai. All of the salespeople were friendly and greeted me warmly at each dealership I visited, but after that, Hyundai really stood apart.

Kevin gave me a complete tour of the car I was interested in (Sonata) from its trunk to underneath its hood and everything in between, showing me every detail and feature the Sonata offered. He was really knowledgeable and laid out everything you could be interested in knowing. The folks at Toyota were less than enthused and I practically beg for details. Not only didn't they offer any information, but when I asked specific questions, their answers were brief.

My test drive at Hyundai was very lengthy (30-45 minutes) and I got to have it on different sorts of pavement and test out different features. Kevin knew the area well and let me drive long enough to get a feel for the Sonata's handling. At other dealerships, my test drives averaged 5 minutes, which wasn't adequate to see if the car was a good fit for me.

Finally, I appreciated that while Hyundai tried to make a sale, they didn't practically lock me in a tiny room and press me until they made me sign for a new car, as a Honda dealership down south did. They let me walk out to check out other cars, while giving me contact information if I had any questions.

When I did purchase the Sonata, I wanted the horizontal pinstripe that ran across the car, under the door handle, buffed out. While I signed the papers, the mechanic team took care of it and it looked absolutely perfect when I drove it off the lot. There were no traces of that pinstripe and no scratches or smudges from buffing it off. They were quick and efficient, and willing to customize it to my liking.

They really sold the vehicle to me without pressuring me or forcing me to commit to something I didn't want. All in all, an excellent dealership and an excellent car.
