needed 4 new tires for my all-wheel drive vehicle, and an alignment. Called around for prices, including Costco, who was running a $70 -off coupon for Michelin tires. Les Schwab was closed on Sundays. Nearly forgot about Sears, but called and spoke to Tony. They were running a Valentine's day sale of 10% off, so Tony was able to price match the discounted Costco price for the same tire, then offer me an additional 10% off. And they could do the alignment for the same price as Les Schwab, all in one stop. I was able to get in immediately. Tony was courteous and trusted my research at Costco. He didn't give me a hard time about price-matching. The service took less time than originally thought, and they were able to replace a headlight bulb that they noticed had gone out. The only disappointment was seeing the $25 charge for the labor to replace the $7 bulb - I was aware of the cost of the bulb but wasn't quoted the cost of the labor. I still came out ahead, though, and was pleasantly surprised by my good experience there. Well done, Sears.

Chose to go here due to competitive prices and convenient location but the service was poor as they didn't have products in stock that they said they did which caused major inconveniences and wasted time. So, not worth it in the end to go there.

Went to get 2 new tires put on my car and they wanted to charge approx. $105 for the service (not incl. the tires), with little charges for tire recycling, etc. and a big charge for alignment (around $60). I took the car to the dealership and was charged $25 ($12.50/tire) and told it didn't need alignment unless the car is noticeably pulling. Plus, the saleslady was sour and rude when I returned the tires she sold me (they were the wrong size--I gave her the make and model of the car, and she didn't bother to check for the correct size, giving me std sized tires for that car). All in all, a waste of time and could have been a big waste of money.

I buy my Husband's gifts from Sears' tool department. The employees are very helpful and they are great about taking returns when I buy the wrong things!
