We purchased DiSC Personal Development profiles with the intention of ordering the DiSC Classic profile booklets. As the representative explained to me the classic profile was more popular and they contacted us to verify that we ordered the correct product. It saved us a lot of headache and my boss being agitated with me. I was happy because when I called them back they actually answered the phone. Today I typically run into voicemail for companies that are too small and touch tone menus for companies that have gotten to large. I really appreciated the personal response and recommend using them in the future. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended
