Enterpise picked me up from my house and when the repairs were done on my vehicle took me to the body shop! I had a good experience with the company, no problems!

This is the response I received from the Sisson branch manager after several attempts (I emailed the assistant manager first - no response; then the manager - email bounced; then called to verify the address - it bounced again; then contacted Enterprise customer service - was promised a response from the area manager; got none; posted a reminder to Enterprise customer service - and got this email), and two weeks of waiting - judge for yourself if you think this is a good response to concerns on being asked to sign off on there being no damage to the car before actually seeing the car (the car did have damage), and the agent then failing to ask whether we were leaving the state, thereby exposing us to significant insurance risk:

"I appreciate you giving me feedback from your rental experience. I spoke with Kyle and Mark and they informed me that you were a little upset because of two things. The first concern that you had was Kyle asking you to sign off for the condition of the vehicle before the customer gets checked in. I want to be honest with you and let you know that each person does it their own way. Some have people sign for the car before checking out the car and some people have the customer sign after they check the car out. I personally have the customer sign the contract before the customer and myself check the car out. But, we always walk around the car to check the condition and mark that on the contract. The bottom line is, the customer can not leave with the car before the contract is initialed and the car is checked out. Did Kyle and you check the car out? The second concern you had was regarding Kyle not asking you if you are going out of state. All rental car companies have different rules and regulations. You are correct, some companies do cover the continental US. However, we are not one of those companies. We offer unlimited mileage to certain areas, but not throughout the entire US. This is stated on our website. Kyle did make a mistake regarding this by forgetting to ask you if you were traveling outside of Maryland and I apologize for that. But I don't feel he made a colossal mistake. People make mistakes everyday because none of us are perfect. I feel I have addressed all of your concerns. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you."

If this is good enough for you, then by all means go to this branch.

I have rented from Enterprise in the past, but my experience with this particular location was a nightmare. It took about 45 minutes to an hour before I left the lot with a rental. Even though my rental was covered under an insurance claim, the still charged my credit card.
