Had a remote start installed. I called around the area and Rayco has the best prices. They explained all of my options, were able to get me an appointment the very next day. The gentleman that I spoke with answered all my questions

I don't know what this facility was like previously but I had a Viper installed in my vehicle in December of 2010. Josh had to deal with my mother for this and he was really nice and understanding in spite of her crazy nature

I had difficulties with Jeff the old manager as well. I went in for some work and found that the new manager is a really nice guy. Give them another shot! I'm glad I did!

I had a terrible experience with the manager Jeff. I received a gift certificate for a remote car starter. I then find out I need to leave a car key in the vehicle in order to make the system work. The price of the car key is over $200.00. I tried to get Jeff to remove the system and refund the amount of the gift certifiate and he refused.
I would warn anybody who may be thinking of doing any business with this Rayco to stay away.
I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint

Hi I just wanted to say what poor customer service you have. talk to me like I had two heads. I received no help for what I needed no one even looked to see if they could fix my problem actually they had no idea what I needed or what they were doing so I went over to SunandSound they were more than helpful fixed what needed to be done and have no problems since

Convenient, i guess, the only place in town for the services. These people have never heard of customer service is. Rude, they talk down to people. They might be pleasant when selling you something, but God forbid there is an issue with their sub-par work, they are act bothered by the fact that you have dared to return. Please, save your time, money, and lots of aggravation. Take it somewhere that will do things right the first time, and stand behind their work if something is wrong.
