Good Work at a fair price.

Removed old ceiling grid and replaced with new grid and drop in tiles. Did good with cleanup at each phase and used laser leveler and strings to set grid level and square. Tiles went in and looked great great but there was leftover insulation. Found some spots later where insulation was missing.

Alex, a contractor of M&J Drywall carried out the job. The Crown Molding turned out to be a bigger job that was originally estimated but Alex stuck to his original quote. He also redid certain aspects of styling that I did not prefer. I will be using Alex again for my future trim and cabinet needs.

Alfredo's crew finished the job in one day. It was completed quickly and the number fit in my budget. The work they completed was exactly how it is supposed to be.

2Prompt; left estimate which he stuck with; one break in the morning when the break truck came by and worked the rest of the day. Only complaint, they did not bring any plastic to cover work area. Tried to do so with paper by moving it around but didn't work. Left a big mess on the counter tops and all over electronic equipment. Needs to use painters plastic tarp before beginning work but I would recommend them and use them again
