Sebastian is a scam artist. He took my money and didn't do my work. He employed incompetent idiots and didn't even pay them. Under no circumstances should you use this using loser.

To summarize, Sebastian and American Tri-State: bilked six-figures from a family, and a newborn baby's savings and still never completed the construction job he was hired for, much less do it properly in the first place. In reality, American Tri-State likely owes us a refund for all the horrible work they didn't take responsibility for, as well as for all the work, time and materials that everyone else had to repair, re-do and finish.

This guy screwed ALL of the subcontractors that he hired, took the money, and ran (including two plumbers, the electrician, foreman, the spackling crew, the roofers, framers and siders). If you email me, I will provide you the contact information for these subs, and they can give you their own testimony and tell you the real truth about this scumbag. His "word" is worthless - STAY AWAY!!!

Sebastian claimed that "he wasn't responsible" for any of the problems his "con-front/goon crew" caused with SHODDY work.

Problems on the SHORT list include:
A hole in the foundation,
The building not properly weatherproofed,
Theft of belongings and materials,
Flooding and not claiming responsibility,
Leaking Roof and failure to repair it,
Failure to obtain proper inspections and follow on proper procedures,
Failure to keep schedule deadlines or appointments,
Failure to honor warranties,
Demanding payment ahead of completion.

Of course, he will deny everything and try to spin some story, however, I have dated photos and video that I will gladly post and share with anyone who emails me. My project was to take 3 months of actual build time, aside from town delays, he took over TEN and STILL didn't finish.

HOWEVER, the bigger shame here is how he will try to blame everyone else except for the pathetic, disgusting excuse of a pathological liar that he sees in the mirror.
