Great service. It was really convenient to have my laptop picked up and dropped off at my house. My laptop could be
repaired on my time. The prices are also very fair and my laptop problems were completely solved .

Rudy was professional from start to finish. He picked up the computer on a Saturday and dropped it off on Thursday. The
price he quoted me was the price I paid, no hidden costs that "appeared" after the fix was done. He is an honest guy who
knows what he's doing. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Especially after I gave him $20 more than my total and
he gave it back to me. Most people would have pocketed the money these days. Not Rudy though!! Thanks for having so

I would highly recommend Dr. Pc. to anyone that is having computer problems. He not only fixed everything that was
wrong with my computer, he came to my house and picked it up for me, which was great because I am really busy.
Most of all, I paid A lot less than I would have it I took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad or anywhere else for that matter!

It's nice to know that there still are people that stand by their claims. Rudy is a true professional. After hearing the
problems he provided a price with a not to exceed limit, and said up front that "no fix, no charge". He arrived at the
scheduled time and went right to work. He said he hadn't encountered my particular problems before and methodically
worked through to a viable solution. I should add that he traveled a considerable distance at no additional charge. He
also provided a follow-up call to ensure that everything was working properly. I would give the highest marks for his
professionalism.
