Currant Restaurant

The food here was just delicious!! The menu is very creative, which is what brought us in, in the first place. The one thing I would highly recommend to anyone, would be the mushroom soup, it is excellent. The staff isn't the most customer friendly, but the food makes up for it.

I love duck confit and decided to go there because that dish is one of their signature. EEEEEWWWWW Disgusting food. The duck skin is falling apart, bad both texture and presentation also it was served with dry, tasteless and ugly lentil.

Me and my boyfriend decided to go here before a night out in the gaslamp. We had been recommended this place from some friends of ours. I will say, I went in with some pretty high expectations. Overall, I would say its a 10 out of 10 spot. It really took me by suprise! I'm a pretty big cynic when it comes to restaurant and Currant really made our evening special. Our waiter, Francisco was terrific and made us feel so at home. The food is filling and the bar was packed. I will telling my friends all about this place. The decor is beautiful too.

Currant American Brasserie certainly met our expectations. They had great food and great drinks and the staff was really nice and helpful. We look forward to going there again.
