The Window Factory

I replaced 13 windows in my house in Ranch PQ. The installers did a good job and finished the installation in a day.

The windows, while insulating well are not very well designed. If you look closely at the windows you can see how poor the manufacturing work is (considering the price you pay for them).

Two of our windows were getting stuck open and we had to call their customer service.

Service was cordial and someone came two weeks after I called. They fixed the window by taking off some vinyl using a box cutter. In the meantime, one of my screens got bent when I tried to take it off. The employee took the screen to get fixed and I didn't hear from the Window Factory for two weeks until I finally decided to call them to see what was going on. Turns out they blamed me for giving the screen to the technician instead of me taking the screen to the factory.

Overall, I'm still pleased with my new windows but I'm disappointed by the quality of the windows for the price I paid.

Very professional company. Prompt installation. We love our new vinyl windows and patio door. They even followed up when the job was compete to make sure we were happy. We have already recommended our friends. Highly recommend.

We've had two contracts with them. We first started with a back patio slider door with the Armored glass. We had a little issue about it, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied (we are). We just had them do all our windows with Armored glass. They did a wonderful job. The armored glass is more expensive, but worth it. You'll have to check out their website for more information on that. We definitely recommend this company for new windows.

Windows installed 8 years ago and did not have a problem until new neighbors have been using their fireplace and the master bedroom smells like a campfire when they use it. Have been trying for 6 weeks to have the Window Factory address the problem, but they are almost impossible to get on the phone. After one week of calling, customer service scheduled a "work crew" and we had to wait 2 weeks for an appt. Only one guy showed up and he couldn't do anything. He said someone would call to schedule a work crew again. Have never heard from them and have tried to call customer service to schedule the work crew with no response.

No follow-up, rude customer service, no product support.

We did a lot of research on Window companies. Several came to our house to offer an estimate. Most of the companies were hard sells and tried to get us to sign up on the spot. NOT SO WITH WINDOW FACTORY. They came to our house and gave us a quote. The quote was good for 3 months, I think. The price was much better than any of the competitors selling similar quality premium vinyl windows. These windows were the highest quality windows we saw. They invited us to their showroom where we could check out the styles of glass and lites available. We placed our order and the windows showed up on the scheduled day. The installation was fast, neat and clean. One patio door didn't work quite right and I thought I would have to call to get it fixed, but before I got a chance, on the day after it was installed, Window Factory called me to see if they could come out and fix it! About a week later, a window washer arrived to clean our new windows. The warranty is incredible. Free replacement of windows for any reason. For lifetime. We couldn't possibly be more pleased with a company. The whole process was very professional and pleasant. We got a great deal on our windows. The service was superb. The windows are great. The house is much quieter, cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The dogs like their door too! DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! BUY FROM THE WINDOW FACTORY!!!!
