Sacramento Design Group-Architectural Drafting for Blueprints

We contacted Sacramento Design Group to assist us with a set of remodel & addition plans to our new home. We spoke with Marc Byerley who was extremely knowledgeable & friendly and he was able to explain the process over the phone. We ended up having them do our plans & they did a fantastic job. It took a little longer then originally explained however the plans were great & we were given a permit within a few weeks of turning in the plans. They provided a variety of blueprints, Title 24 calculations, and building permit management for us under some heavy time constraints.

I own a 25 bed Residential Care Facility in Midtown Sacramento and needed someone with expertise in getting me the required building and planning permits at the City of Sacramento planning offices.

I made one phone call to SDG and had a meeting with them the next day. At that meeting I hired them on the spot (due to deadlines I had to meet). I was nervous at first but within a week or two I was very confident that the work was getting done in a timely and correct fashion.

Thank you for delivering the plans to the house. I really like the Bathroom design, and how you were able to fit everything together. When my contractor took the plans to the building department, they immediately issued a permit over the counter without any wait time. Evidently this is unusual, as my contractor was told the usual process was to send the plans upstairs for review prior to issuing a permit, but not in this case. Your plans were described as "clean", and upon quick review the building department said they could tell that everything was in order. We had an additional attached garage built onto our home. It was very important to us to find a Builder who would do a fantastic job & build our new garage to make it look as if it was a part of the original construction.
