Karyn took me from stabbing back pain to being able to stand up again. I practically crawled in while bent over in pain and I feel like I got stretched and lengthened and the pain greatly reduced. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Pros: Karyn was really helpful with my back pain.
Cons: Call early to get an appointment on Saturdays.
I had great difficulty finding a truly therapeutic (versus 'relaxation' massage) in Southern California until I found the Carlsbad Natural Health Massage Therapy.
The office is very no frills by comparison with traditional day spas but the bodywork is SO great! I have had both deep tissue and pregnancy massages with Joanna. As a personal who suffers the effects of working on a computer every day, I can attest to the fact that Joanna provides a massage that truly helps heal what ails you.
Oh, I should probably mention also that their rates are VERY reasonable - how can you go wrong?!
