I've been to this place few times for happy hour and I liked most of the appetizers, except for the chicken wings, which were dry and more the size of frogs' legs. I always wanted to experience some of their full menu items, especially

I love the idea of no antibiotics and no hormones on my food, and their pastries, delicious!!!!
Even though they have terrible service i had myself going back again and again, complaining every time but happy with my food.

Really top notch all around. Wait staff are friendly, although we sit in our usual table now and only see one in particular. The vibe is good, energetic, and organic. I mean that in a lot of ways. Sure, in the traditional sense the

The food is terrific! In addition to their great food they also have an excellent wine list. Check out their happy hour and nightly specials as you can save big time. And I love the atmosphere.
4Akasha is one of my new favorite places. The chef focuses on organic, locally grown foods. The taste combos are wonderful. The setting is open but a little bit noisy.
4Dont get me wrong, I am all about organic, locally grown foods. BUT the food here is terrible. I went with 3 other people. The turkey burger tasted like soggy meatloaf. I had the Mung beans and rice which was not only unappealing to look

Pros: the malbec, if anything
Cons: THE FOOD
Italian prosciutto cannot be cooked! It's a major sin. They'd better remove it from that pizza before thy put it in the oven.
That ruined my experience!

Akasha has been getting a lot of good press but I don't feel the food or the service is worth the price. While the space is nice the food is sold on it's "local source" origins. That is not enough when you are charging as much as they are.
3In short.... DIVINE!!!! As a Culver City business owner, I am thrilled to have Akasha in town! The food is fresh, the wine is sensational.

Akasha is the perfect restaurant of the 21st century. The food and atmosphere were great, of course. The location in downtown Culver City is a fun one also. \r
I'm kind of a picky eater - I ask things like how the shrimp on the menu
