This was beyond a bad experience.....He took my money and did not fix a thing. When I called him, he told me to "prove" he didn't fix it. He got his wish. I published my review at a new website........epacelectronics.net. It comes with pictures; for proof. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Terrible customer service. No return calls or emails. Very vague in preliminary discussions on the TV issues I called to inquire about. Just because Mitsubishi (or anyone else for that matter) gives their info for companies to repair TVs

Epac serviced my TV set and provided AWESOME service. The repairman was very professional and polite. He told me that he had to order a part for my TV; he came back in two days with the part and fixed my TV. You guys were great and the

I had two tv's to fix. One a 55" rear projection, I get charged $285 for that one alone, and it still didnt fix it, he was supposed to come back and look at it but cancelled that appointment twice without calling, I had to track him down.

I had also given him my projector for my home theater, he takes a week to diagnose it, says it needs two parts and that he "ordered" them. His excuses go from they sent a wrong part, to we're having a conference call with the manufacturer. Even though he was supposedly only waiting on a part they "forgot" to send, 3 weeks and several excuses later he says he cant fix it.

Nice guy, but dont believe a word he says. Prices are within reason for the services, but you dont get what you pay for and may have nothing to show for YOUR $285, I know I dont.

Pros: Well he comes to your home, thats a plus I guess

Cons: You dont get what you pay for and he is completely unreliable
