Who knew that going to the dentist could be a pleasurable experience, but mine was just that at Community Dental. First of all, the girls at the front are hysterical & put me at ease right away. Now for the really wonderful part, my visits with the dentists have all been pain free to date. Wow!!!! Also happy to know that all aspects of dental care are done in house. They get my vote!

I am usually scared to see the dentist. But when I was treated at Community Dental I was impressed by how I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. To add to it all, the crowns I had done look simply great and match my teeth perfectly. Thank you CDA, now I can smile again.

Who knew that going to the dentist could be a pleasurable experience, but mine was just that at Community Dental. First of all, the girls at the front are hysterical & put me at ease right away. I am a long time patient & customer of Community Dental Associates, and all of the dental treatments I have gotten from them over the years have been top notch. Dr. Woods has been my main dentist over that time, and he has a gentle touch, a calm and cool demeanor, and his dentistry is second to none. The staff at Community Dental is also friendly, and makes my visits enjoyable.

Not a good experience. Find another dentist, there are plenty of good one in New York.

Seriously, 2 routine fillings caused me to need 2 root canals. They then tried to charge me for them and have been giving me the run around for months. I am finally taking them to court. I hope Dr. Woods and his practice go down because the pain I have been subjected to is ridiculous. All because they cannot do normal fillings and their staff could be the worst in America.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST IN NYC. I went in for 2 cavities and came out needing 2 root canals. Yes, they botched routine fillings then gave me the run around, after threatening legal action they agreed to do it for free only to attempt to charge me later on. These fillings became infected and caused me horrible pain the day of my LSAT. seriously, regardless of race color or anything else, this practice is the absolutely worst bar none.

This place is dirty, the carpet isnt even put down properly (there are bubbles in it). The elevator is tagged and the hallways are dark.

Its right next to a NAIL SALON! The services I received there caused me worse pain after than before. I was overcharged and had to go through my insurance to get my money back.

Be weary of this place

For many years I have searched for a dentist that looks like me because as dentisty is one of those things that is very "up close and personal" I wanted to be as comfortable with my dentist as my dentist would be with me. As a person of color, it is difficult to relate oftentimes to a health care provider who cannot understand 'where I am coming from" and I highly recommend him for his caring, jovial bedside manner; kind and caring staff and his willingness to work with you if you have billing issues.

THEY HAVE SMILES AND WHAT NOT BUT THERE IS ALWAYS SOME DISCREPANCY. THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION, NO ONE LISTENS TO WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE OR ANYTHING YOU SAY.
