went to office,very professional staff,waited a bit, but it was worth it, the dr. has impressive credentials, and an incredible talent with patients... if you want your problem solved... see dr. bettencourt, she is a rare find.. a great doctor with people skills!

Dr. Bettencourt is wonderful. I felt at ease with her right away. The problem is the wait. I have had to wait way too long at her office, and once when I called with something I really needed someone to see right away, the soonest I was able to get an appointment would have been the next week. I have since changed where I see a dermatologist, but I still say she is a great doctor.
