twosenough non-recommendation, wouldn't be one to put a lot of weight behind, as their* usage of 'their' in the last sentence should have been they're, hello? Should of had your daughter proof read your post before posting. LOL\r

We left a private school to join St. Timothy's. At first, I must admit, I was nervous as the school looked like it needed some sprucing up. But inside....the halls brim with kids wanting to learn. All the staff know the kids by name, and since it's a smaller school, all the families know one another. Only one classroom per grade, which leads to cohesiveness within the grade level. WONDERFUL electives such as Spanish, Music, Computer classes!!!

My daughter attended kindergarten at St. Tims. Class size was very high and the students were all crammed into one little classroom. Their non-discrimantory policy seems to be their downfall. (Too many Pacific Islanders.) In a few years 75% of the school will be Pacific Islanders! Their curriculum is behind compared to the nearby public schools and their Physical Education program is horrible. If your looking for a good education and you want your child to develop good social skills you should definitley consider the surounding public schools their just fine if not better.

Pros: catholic education

Cons: small campus

I am a graduate of St. Timothys, and i can tell you first hand that the junior high program is terrible. Great teachers, but ridiculous rules/policy. Completely disrespectful to everybody. I think with a new principal and a chnage of policy will make this a great school. But as of right now, the Junior High program shouldnt be attended by anyone. at all.
