KCAL is great! Their staff are very knowledgeable and always eager to answer any questions I may have. I compared many auto quotes from local insurance angencies, Kcal is the cheapest, they saved me money, they can help me at any time. If there is anyone out there complaining about KCAL, I guess it must be their competitors who are unable to compete with them!
