I have had 4 surgeries, numerous outpatient procedures, and 2 ER visits at this hospital over the past 20 years. Every time I have found the staff to be friendly, caring and professional. The hospital is clean and well run, and has a good safety record. The insurance billing was prompt and accurate. (However, the prices are steep if you don't have insurance!!) The only negative I can think of is that the emergency room is too small and crowded ... this past January, I and a number of other patients were rolled into the hallway area due to lack of ER space! But I believe there is a planned expansion of the ER coming up soon.

I've had the misfortune of having to go to the ER several times in the past year. San Ramon Regional gives the best and most efficient care in the Tri Valley. Their nurses and CNA's are the best part of the hospital "experience".
