I had a claim for water damage, where we weren't sure what to do, I called Frank on Sunday to my surprise he answered the phone and helped me start the claim. That Monday the underwriter called and we went over the damage and it seemed as though everything was done in a proper and quick manner. I am so glad you have dedicated people on you staff. This why we will not leave State Farm! Keep up the good work.

I Was given Bartjan??s number from a friend of mine and was told that he could help answer any questions I had about insurance..EVEN if I didn??t have state Farm!... I called at 6:30 on a Wednesday , and to my surprise, Bartjan answered. I told him my situation and he took about 30 minutes to review my coverage??s. He pointed out potential gaps in my insurance and also places where I was insuring the same thing . I asked him to quote my stuff, and in the end I was able to save some money, get better coverage, and do a life policy for me and my wife. He even came by the house!
