Best dealer ever. They left a message of a big rebate sale in the wknd I couldn't turn down. Other dealers near me didn't offer me a good deal to me until days later. I went there yet didn't have the color I wanted. The mgr ordered it and I got it the next day! Best sales service, very paitient with my questions, and helpful when I picked up my new car! Highly recommended! Ask for David.

I really like the no pressure sales techniques that removed the added mental burden of being pressured to buy from a particular salesman. It was a team that worked with me and everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient with helping me get a car with all the options I wanted and in the color I wanted. They manages to setup a payment and down payment that I could afford at the time. The whole deal took two days from start to finish. I love the Ford Fusion. I normally drive Lincolns but i had to go for a slightly less expensive option, I now have the Fusion Sport. It drives just like a Lincoln and had most of the extras that I enjoy with my Lincolns. Next time around I am hoping to get an MKZ. I have driven Ford leased vehicles for many years and I look forward to continue leasing Ford vehicles.

We've purchased our last 3 vehicles from Sunnyvale Ford. An Escape, Explorer and a F150. Always a great experience and I've referred friends and family here as well. We especially appreciate their parts department. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The rate shouldn't even be 1 star, but 0 stars. There are like 3 people in that dealer that are honest and they have told us that Sunnyvale Ford are liers and rats. They have made my mom cry 3 times. They are not just Rude, but racist and dirty liers. Ron the manager is just like David Nas, but probably worse. Ron Looked at my mom with hatred almost like he wanted to hit her. Both of them have said grab your keys and leave . We are customers aren't cusomers always right? We bought a Lincoln 2011 then we returned the car 4 days later because the motor had issues. We told them we wanted to cancel the contract they said it was too late for that.Well since my mom is a spanish speaker they gave her a english contract and they are suppose to give it to her in spanish since they didn't we could have canceled the contract now we know this. Since She THOUGHT she had no other choice, she got a 2011 explorer used because they said we didn't qualify for a new one. The ford exxplorer has motor problems accroding to them a sensor within the transmission and what they do is update the software. The ford mecanics said that they would replace the sensor so they kept it for a month then they replaced it. then like days later we brought it back for the same reason then the gave it back and it currently in the dealer for the same thing the sensor in the transmission and they still want the other half of the down payment well my mom isnt going to give them the other half because they made fun of her english for starters and they ignore her. When she wanted a spanish translator they said no one speaks spanish, but now we are finding out that theyre are many people not just dina because When we asked for dina all they said is no she has customers and what are we?Dina didn't want to translate what my mom wanted to say. Wheres paulatte? who knows because they keep saying shes on vacation. No shes not all she does is stay in the big boss office with him. My mom told them we wanted to return them the explorer for a new one but they said that if they retured it we would pay what they had to pay for last time. All they say is if you don't keep the vehicle and pay the monthly payments you will be sent to collection.They even said that if we went with a lawyer they had better lawyers because they were a big company and that their lawyers would be way better. All we want to do is return the car or trade it for a different one.

Ron( big boss) David nas, shaun( finance manager), this white chubby guy, yama, paulette the wole dealership is a faud and liers

Overall, it was a great experience. I think the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The manager even offered to stay open later than usual to get this deal done which really impressed me. I'm highly satisfied.
