I have worn glasses all my life, so I've been to a lot of eye places. The doctors and staff are great and they really take care of you. The location is really convenient too. There was a nice selection of frames and I also got great advice

I picked up my glasses today and everyone was very helpful. The service here has been great and I would highly recommend both the doctor and the office. I will be returning here next year when my insurance covers a new pair of glasses!

I had a nice encounter from start to finish. The office was clean and staff courteous. I had an exam picked out my glasses and my glasses were ready when promised a week or so later. I was unable to get glasses right away because of my eye insurance, but that isn't their fault. I would highly recommend this place!

I made an eye appointment with One Hour Optical becasue it was located close to home. The service was bad, simply stated! The young woman that work at the front desk should probable take a customer service training or be taught on how to conduct themselves while working in a professional setting! I had to wait beacause one was on a personal call (on her cell phone) and the other one told me that she would help me when she was done with her phone call.
I ordered my contacts from a different company and when they called to veryify that I had visited the eye doctor there, they had only taken down half of my perscription and my order was not able to be filled. This has cost me more time and money than it should have! It was a mistake to visit this One Hour Optical, if you are thinking about going here - I strongly discourage it.

By the time I finished, a bunch of people walked in together and the staff and these folks had what seemed to be a large, noisy reunion ?? while I was totally ignored for 20 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged, I was waved to the frame displays with no assistance even though I showed the woman a pair of glasses I was trying to duplicate. When I finally found a frame I liked?with no help - don??t they KNOW their own stock?? ?? my order was written down and I was asked to write the payment check. I reminded the woman that she had not yet measured me for the lenses and she giggled and said ??Yeah?I guess I should do that, huh?? My glasses were promised for Dec 8th and it is now the 11th. I called and was given several excuses for why they aren??t done, but no promise date. Terrible service? don??t make the mistake of going there.
