Overall experience was exceptional. Randy was a pleasure to work with and he was provided a lot of information about the vehicle I purchased.

The sales experience was about as perfect as it could have been. I was well taken care of and had all of my questions answered. They were very fair with pricing, both on the purchase of the car and my trade in value.

I am very extremely upset with Nissan of Eastside in Washington. I help both my brother in law to purchase the car there and on the second purchase, I asked if they offer referral fee and the finance manager, Patrick say yes. After 2 weeks, I called and called, I finally have to drive to the dealership. When I ask about the promised referral fee of $100 (in gift card) he said it was already sent to me on Friday (I arrive on Saturday am) One week passed, and finally I am able to get hold of him, he say it was the wrong address and will send me another gift card. One hour later, I receive a called from their New car manager, Dennis, who call me and tell me how much they spend on advertisement. I really got upset because I have already have everything promises from Patrick that I will be taken care of and now, I am getting this story. If Patrick told me on the spot that they don??t offer referral on advertised car, I wouldn't even ask again. After I told Dennis that I don't want to hear any excuses from them anymore (I am getting really tired) he told me that that is fine that I don't want to listen to him and in a very condescending tone, he says, "I wish you luck" in getting my referral. He also told me that he is the new car manager and the manager who in charge of approving the referral. It really irritates me that he keeps saying "wish you good luck" in getting it.

You can understand how upset I am for me to waste all the time chasing after Patrick. Just that after repeated call to ask him to call me back, I even have to drive to the dealership. Yes, the amount is meniscus but I have dealt with many broken promises before, so I wanted to make sure that the keep their word.

After I got the call from Dennis, I called and Joe Fklaross answered and he represents himself as Director of Used Car for Nissan of Eastside. Not only condescending and demeaning, he is very very rude. I mention that Patrick didn??t answer my call and only until I stop by the dealership he say the check has been sent. He says that probably Patrick say that to send me away. He says that they never give referrals fee to people who only buy advertised car. This brings in a good point. We didn??t even buy the advertised car, we ends up buying another car with different color where we paid $1000 over the ads car. In the end, I am tired of the whole thing, I ask him for only one request, an apology from Patrick for causing all this havoc and aggravation for me. His answer is no, ??not possible?. In a very condescending way, he asked me to let it go and just go out of my house and take a deep breath and forget about the whole thing and get this whole thing of my mind, just let it go. How arrogant, how inconsiderate. I insisted, but he continued with this rude and condescending way (exactly like a collection agency agent)

Am I asking too much to ask for a apology from Patrick who 1/ When closes a deal on a car he agreed on everything (referral fee - we even bought service plan for both car) 2/ Chooses to avoid me and when I arrived at the dealership and brush me away telling me that the referral gift card have been sent? 3/ Told me again that I they sent to the wrong address and then have Dennis called me and give me the sob story about them losing money on the ad car that we even didn??t buy and I paid $1000 more for a different car that they pick up from a Portland dealership? 4/ Have to deal with a mean, rude and condescending used car director (he introduce himself as director but I think he is only a manager) He told me and that even if I talk to the General manager, Greg, Greg will just refer me to him and there is nothing I can do about it.
What I am upset is a dealership that rather upset their customer over a meager amount and wouldn't apologize for their mistake. Such arrogant, such rudeness. I am extremely upset. ?? April 2011

Biggest scumbags on earth. I have never had a worse experience before, during, and after the sale than these scumbag thiefs. Their reputation holds very true. Dont dare even attempt purchasing from these con artists. They refuse to do recall work, they screw you over in financing, they lie about doing work to your car while its in the shop for work needed, they refuse to call back when parts are ordered, they lie about replacing a defective part when they say they did. Its nothing but lies and deceit from these so called salemen.

Really bad service from the "service" department - bad customer service, bad mechanical service and bad representation. All around this dealership sucks. My first buying experience was horrible - but I accepted that because I thought I really wanted the car. Sadly I should have walked out of there before buying. Now, after paying off $7k, I've had nothing but trouble with this car and the people at the dealership. I've spent over $6K in less than 2 years since it's been paid off, on major engine and other problems - transmission failiures, oil leaks, catalytic converters . The service reps have consistently been rude, arrogant and condescending and have no sympathy or concern for the customer's needs. Totally hate this place. Unfortunately I am stuck now and its going to cost me another $2000.00.. Do not buy from here on the outside they appear like a clean cut group.. but once u buy.. your screwed

I cannot say enough about the excllent way Steve Wilson handled the service work on my car. First class care all the way. Clear , concise and up-front communication throughout the process. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

Nissan of the Eastside is the saddest excuse for a car dealership I have ever seen! The customer service is worthless. Everytime you talk to an employee its one lie after the other! I will NEVER go there again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I bought an Altima from them several years ago. My experience went well all the way until I met the frickin finance guy. When you first meet him, he's all nice and smiles. Then he start pressuring you to tack on all the extra options. I didn't give him to his stupid pressure and I told him straight up "no" to everything and before he could try sell me the next option. His demeanor changed from friendly to being the biggest jack ass I've ever encountered. You can see the instant change in his expression. I'm glad I didn't purchase anything from this two-face cow.

Because of my experience with him, I am NEVER buying NOR recommending anyone to purchase a car from that dealership.

I had a similar experience to Lopaka in that I got the car I wanted, but had to deal with a disreputable sales staff and a high pressure finance guy. The finance guy was all smiles and slime while giving me his schpiel, but as soon as I declined, his demeanor changed and he couldn't get me out of his office fast enough. Had I bought everything he offered, the additional cost, over the length of my loan, would have been over $7,500!!! That's for warranty, paint protection, and a clear plastic coating over the front of the car. Sales staff basically told me that they wouldn't deal on the car because ". . .if I didn't buy it, someone else would." Sticker showed add-ons for dealer markup and dealer installed options, but sales staff couldn't even tell me what the options were. Sales staff were snooty and wouldn't offered any deals, compensation, or anything. Afterwards, the junior sales person tried to make amends saying that he would throw in a $12 keychain.
When I showed salesman a copy of the CarsDirect pricing, he said, "We don't deal with them and won't even try to match that price." The salesman told me that the type of car I bought was flying off of the lot and the car I wanted wouldn't be there long. After the sale, I found that the Eastside Nissan had bought the car in from another dealership and that it had been on the lot for several months. As I said, I got the car I wanted, but not at a deal and felt I needed a bath after contending with the sales staff. I wouldn't recommend Eastside Nissan in Bellevue (Washington) to anyone and wouldn't bother writing a letter of complaint to the sales manager and they simply don't care.

I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Xterra online from Nissan of the Eastside at Bellevue, WA. The purchase experience was not a good one. I live in Honolulu Hawaii and could not find the vehicle I wanted here, so I decided to try purchasing a vehicle from a Nissan North America dealership online.

Assisted by Nissan North America, Inc., Consumer Affairs Dept., I found a dealership in Bellevue Washington with the vehicle I was looking for. After checking their online picture, description and price of the vehicle, I called Nissan of the Eastside and confirmed both availability and price with a salesman and made a down payment with my credit card. A few days later I received the buyer's contract via FedEx, and was dismayed to find the price of the vehicle had been raised $2500. I called and talked to the salesman who said a premium had been added to the vehicle because it was hard to get. However, he said Nissan was offering a $2500 promotional rebate which would offset the premium. Believing the salesman, I signed the contract and returned the paperwork.

Later after paying for the vehicle, I asked when I was going to receive the Nissan rebate. Now the salesman said the rebate was all ready factored into the price. Re-reading the contract, a rebate is mentioned but not in any way that clearly indicates (at least not to me) that it was ever applied to the price of the vehicle.

I had several conversations with this salesman in the days prior to payment, who always affirmed that I was going to receive the sticker price of the vehicle, the price we agreed upon the day I made my down payment. However, I ended up being fleeced for $2500, in my opinion.

In another example of dishonesty and deception by Nissan of the Eastside. A person called me from the finance department trying to sell me an extended warranty. He said I had to buy it before putting any miles on the vehicle. The man was very high pressure and not as smooth talking as the car salesman and the price he was asking for the warranty sounded excessive. I declined, but couldn't get him off the phone and finally had to hang up.

Later, I purchased a much better and longer lasting genuine Nissan warranty from another Nissan dealer for almost half the $2500 price this man was asking. I also found out that he was lying about having to purchase the extended warranty before putting any miles on the vehicle. You can purchase the genuine Nissan extended warranty anytime before the original vehicle warranty ends.

I received delivery of the vehicle in Hawaii from Matson Shipping with no other unpleasantness. But I would never do business with this dealership again. I informed the general manager of Nissan of the Eastside in Bellevue, WA of all of this, but never received a response from him.

Ironically, I would have gladly agreed to the inflated price of the Xterra on the first day I spoke to the salesman, because I really wanted this vehicle. However, he agreed to the lesser online advertised sticker price of the vehicle and then later reneged.

Both people I dealt with at Nissan of the Eastside at Bellevue were deceptive and dishonest. I would not recommend doing business with this Nissan dealership.

I had a extended service plan for my Armada and they tried to charge me 700 dollars on flushes for my transmision and my power steering etc. I was told by the service guy that theese were needed so I said ok. I then figured if it was needed it would be covered by the extended service plan. I tried to cancel the flushes but it was too late. I told the service guy that you are trying to make money off me because you don't get much with my extended sevice plan. He took $400 dollars off my service and I just wanted to end this experience so I ate the $300 and went home. They also don't wash your car.
