s looking for racheting loppers, and the salespeople didn't leave their areas, to help he in another department. I had to wait quite awhile, before a man finally arrived to help, then he didn't even seem to know what I was looking for. The store was quiet and peaceful--and seemed to be well stocked, except for the one item I wanted!
PROS: location is good, and the garden supply area was good to see.
CONS:

The portrait studio at Sears is one of the best! I've tried the expensive places, and I've tried the cheap. Overall, Sears produces the best pictures. I don't shop there for clothing. The syles are pretty much outdated.
4We've made some major purchases for our home at Sears and the staff always seemed to be helpful. The items were easy to find and they had them in stock when they were on sale.
They do have an Optical shop which we found to be a tad expensive and the staff didn't seem that interested in helping other than to make themselves money.
The Photo Studio was ok. They staff were friendly and didn't try to make us buy more than we wanted but we did find the quality of the photos to be lacking for the price we paid. They were good about replacing the bad photograph but it still ddin't come out as well as it could have.
Overall, this Sears location is a clean and fun store to browse but I wouldn't really recommend it for either the optical or photograph part of it.
