Did not even want to quote the job, called the previously bought fixtures low quality without even seeing them. Do not bother calling a waste of time. If this is the attitude I cannot imagine the work quality is much better.

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.

These people charged me $245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another $150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for $81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates!

These people charged me $245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another $150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for $81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates!

Customer Service is terrible!! I was looking for some pipe i ask a worker near by if he could help me he tell's me to (go over there and see what we got and if you can't find anything i dont what to tell you)...i dident come to him to tell him to goo look my self i ask you for some help!!! doosh bag! They told me they could not come out until tomorrow morning at which time I told them to forget it and I would find someone else to repair my appliance. Will not use again!!

We had a serious plumbing problem. We felt that they did not want to get involved so they submitted an outrageous bid. Three times what we paid someone else reputable.

Randy did a tremendous job tracing the water service leak under my slab though he wasn??t able to locate the source, he gave me great explanations, as well as different options. Awesome response time as well on a Saturday night. 1 hour!

I called and Miguel was here within two hours! He fixed my problem quickly and even checked and adjusted my water heater temperature and tightened up another leak while he was here. I am very grateful for the speed and professionalism of Abacus and Miguel!
