They moved from this location to Midway and Frankfort! So much better now! They got all new equipment extended their hours and upgraded the facility! The classes are great and have them for everyone! The staff is always so friendly and helpful!

I had a gym membership here for three years. The price was fairly reasonable, and the sales pressure to buy wasn't over the top. This gym is small compared to some. There are treadmills, elliptical machines, an aerobics room, and all the weight equipment. Some classes have an extra fee. They do offer childcare in the early mornings and evenings. There is a great sauna. They also have a tanning bed available for an extra fee. I liked that this gym is for women only.
