Pros: none

Cons: bad service - rude people

Driver did not show up for the reservation. Made us miss our dinner reservation. Still, the company refuses to issue a refund. Take your business elsewhere!

Pros: Example: best croissants in town

Cons: Unreliable

I would strongly discourage anybody from using this company. I hired them as part of my plan to propose. The carriage failed to show up, and I have yet to receive a refund!

If you have always dreamed of a romantic carriage ride, this is your chance. The horses (and drivers) line up off of Michigan Avenue- one block north of Chicago Ave. The drivers are sweet and always have blankets for cold days. The horses seem to be treated well, but some humanitarians may not like the idea of the horses being on such busy city streets. The owners are very charitable, which makes me like the company even better. Great for tourists or date night!
