This is by far one of the best stores I have ever been to, regardless of what is they're selling. Amazing service, amazing selection of games, and a true passion for what it is they do. Many stores that are self-ran tend to be over priced or maintained by ignorant owners; not at this store, ever. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I recently got back into old games because I found my nintendo. It didnt work. So I looked around found this store & they were able to fix it for a reasonable cost.They have atari,sega,xbox all the way up to some ds games even systems. They also fix discs.
The staff is friendly, there arent too many of those 'mom & pop' personnel type stores around. A few times a month they seem to have collector get togethers to. So overall my experience was great, I'll be back!

Having been an avid gamer for most of my life, I find that Next Level Video Games literally takes it to the "Next Level". Their service is unsurpassed and really allows for an intimacy unmatched at other video game stores. They have a wide selection with fair pricing.
