Service was wonderful. Michael was able to come right over and present me with a bid and accomplish the work in the next two days. I was under a strict timeline so I was very pleased. Michael was very accomodating and even helped me while he was there with letting a delivery man in and receiving my mail at the door.

Responded quickly to my request via phone. Arrived only 10 min. late. Completed the repair quickly within estimate range. Work site was clean when he left. I'd hire again.

Michael was very accomadating and worked his time around our busy schedule. He offered us good advice during the planning stage as well. This project was a tile job of the backsplash in our kitchen. We used tumbled marble with 2 different sized tiles in pattern that would have been difficult for somone with lesser experience. He did a great job.

At one point we had a problem with delivery of tile from the supplier, and he jumped right in and got action from the tile supplier.

Michael showed up when he said he would, and cleaned the jobsite when he left. We would not hesitate to use LaQru tile for our next project.
