The guy quoted me a price and was here on time. He told me at that time if he could do the work in 30 minutes it would be that price. So I made sure he had access to the clean out and he was done on time and charged me the price he quoted. He was polite, on time, and did the job for the price he quoted me over the phone. My only fear was when he showed up he mentioned the time limit of 30 minutes for the cost he quoted.
