I found my self in a predicament that I needed a new car immediately. My previous car died on me and left me without a way to get to work. Hearing the obnoxious ads on the radio long enough I figured I would take advantage of the 4,000 (sometimes more) guaranteed for the trade in (plus whatever they deem your cars blue book value).
Upon searching the website they had the car I was interested in.
Prices aren't listed on the website, they tell you to call.
So I call. They won't give me prices because 'Tom's outside cutting hundreds of thousands of dollars off cars' okay whatever.
An hour later they call me again, I go through the same story when I inquire on price. I press the issue a little more, so she says she'll transfer me.. I got hung up on.
I got my friend to drive me to the dealership to look at the sticker price. Not one car on the lot has a price listed; you have to talk to a salesman.
The salesman eventually gives me a price. The price he gives me is 6,000 OVER blue book value for the car. Take away the 4,000 I'd get for my invalid car they are still 2,000 over blue book value. In addition it makes them 1,500 over all other dealers in the area that have the same exact car.
This dealership is slimy, they lie to you. Their deal is nothing special. At the very best you are in a similar price range to other dealerships in the Valley.
I would never go there. It makes listening to his radio adds, knowing he's full of crap that much more annoying.

After trying to buy a car for three months, I went to Brown Daub because of Tom Rings commercials. I sat with Juan and asked for help, he gave me a few choices and after a few hours I drove away in a car. I DID HAVE A PROBLEM but it was minor. When I got home it was dark and the next day I noticed a scratch. I called Juan and he said bring it right in. So I did and within minutes it was fixed. They handled everything! I read a few negative reviews, but I had bad credit, if there were people complaining that they did not get a loan they must have had really bad credit because they helped me!

I applied online, approved. Their internet specialist calls, I give her all of my information including negatives on my credit due to Obama'a mess of an economy. Still, with my job and income, approved. Brie asked what kind of vehicle, I told her, she aked light or dark color, cloth or leather, ect. She told me I would be driving away tonight. She made an appointment to come and "get"my new car. As it's a 3 hour round trip, before I left I again called Brie and she assured me I'd be driving home in a new vehicle. Got there even with the poor directions and waited....and waited.... even though I had an appointment. Finally I was helped and was told they are selling the last of the vehicles I was interested in. Then Eddie says no to a vehicle unless I have $5000 down. Oh and the $6000 over book for your trade, only on the vehicles they didn't have any more of. I read a positive review, I think they wrote it themselves.

This place is a rip off. The say you will automatically get $5000 for your trade which isnt true plus they say only 199 down which is also a lie. I cant say that the sales rep who i wont name wasnt somewhat helpful but they told me i either need a cosigner or put somewhere around $2000 down in order to get approved and that it has to do with the trade in value against the amount of the car they wanted to finance me on. I asked if preowned would be better and they said it would be the same let alone it not even being a bank ive ever heard of so my advice is to rethink going here unless you have amazing credit, cosigner or at least like $5000 to put down on a car. Needless to say they dont follow what they say they stand for and i will definitely not refer anyone to this place!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND EVEN WITH THE OWNER SAYING HELL KISS MY MOTHER IN LAW IF IM NOT SATISFIED OR GET TURNED DOWN I WOULDNT TAKE THE OFFER

I love how the actual owner of the company gives the dealership 5 stars and then tries to contradict everything. I knew someone who shopped here and they said it was horrible. I looked at a car once there and waited for over a half hour before someone even asked me if I needed help.

Unfortunatly I had a horrible experience all around with Tom Rings Brown-Daub KIA. I went to buy my first car and they initially try and help you because they want you to buy a car. I bought a car that was overpriced and had a leak in the back passenger side floor. I took the car back multiple times and they could not fix it. The service dept. was rude evry time and they did not ever seem to care too much about the problem, even going so far as to suggest I was lying about the problem without ever saying so. During this time period it was extremely hard to get in touch with Tom Ring and when I did he was helpful to the point that he got me a rental car so that his service dept. could fix the problem. It was never fixed and I never heard from him again! The man who sold us the car initially made himself appear to care for my concerns (the car was sold to me without an antennae, manual, etc, which was all promised but took much persistance and a long time to get) but then could totally care less about me or the car. When I complained about this my response was that they let the salesman go. I eventually had to get a lawyer to solve the problem. I strongly urge anyone who wants to buy a car not to choose this dealership or a KIA for that matter.

I went to this dealer in January knowing I had very bad credit. I was just out of the military and could not keep up with my bills on top of being deployed. I did not have any money down and had nothing to trade. When I say I had bad credit, I'm telling you I never paid a bill in the last two years. They explained a few options to me at the time I visited. I honestly did not expect to walk into there with nothing down and buy a car like I think some people do. I recently went back with my father who helped me and they placed me with a local bank at a rate better than I expected. I want to thank them for giving me an option which will allow me to fix my credit and at a better rate. I did put some money down (taxes) and because my father helped, my rate is half of what it would have been so my payments are lower and I'll pay the car off earlier. Thanks Brown Daub Kia and Ken!

Thank you Tom Ring and Brown Daub Kia. You were able to help me when other dealers were just interested in wasting my time. "Everybody Drives!"

Unless you have good credit you DO NOT get approved. So the "Bad credit, No credit, No problem" is a bunch of BS.

Brown Daub Kia worked with me when nobody else would. I came in due to the funny radio ads after being unsucessfull elsewhere. I love my new car and have referred two people down since then which helped me make my first two payments

Brown Daub Kia works very hard to assure that our customers have a great experience when visiting our dealership. In the days of blogging, it is even more challenging to work with anonymous opinion. We have found in some avenues of social media competitive dealers will post negative blogs and never be a real customer in the first place. I do not know which is the case here. However, I can tell you that my door is always open and I will do anything, including kissing your mother-in-law, to exceed the expectations of our customers. Please contact me anytime at 610-253-1601 or view or testimonials at www.kissyourmotherinlaw.com and you will see that I can back up my words.

I agree with the other reviewer. They do not care about the buyers at all. Waited forever for help. Explained my credit was not good and that I didn't have a down payment. Told me no problem. Waited 2 days to hear about financing. Salesman told me come down after work and everything will be ready. I specified 3x if everything wasn't ready to call me..got down there and nothing done turn around and went home. Callled back the next day nothing until I got pre-approved from my bank myself. Went back down, went to sign ppwk for an overpriced PT cruiser and told me I had to have $1000 down. I told them I didn't have it but could get 500. They told me no. Called back telling them my bank pre-approved me for another $500 and never heard back. Went to another dealer and got financed for a better car at a better price in 24 hrs. My advice....unless you have alot of time to waste and money to throw away on over priced used cars.....avoid them!

I tried to bu a car here because they say everybody drives in their radio commercial. I spent four hours there and left without a car. I do have bad credit from a bad divorce but I warned them of that when I called. The sales guy said no problem! I will never get those four hours back. A week later I got turn down letters from ten banks which dropped my score lower.
