I met with a salesman named Jake Roehrich and he was very understanding to my situation. He was very honest, straight forward and down to earth. When he came back to tell me I was approved I thought that either my payments would be outrageous or I wouldn't like the vehicle. To my surprise he listened when I told him my monthly budget and what I was interested in driving. I now have a 2011 Nissan Sentra that is $30.00 below my monthly budget. I was proud to say I bought a car from Brown Daub Kia!

My family and I needed a bigger vehicle since we are expecting our third child soon. So we decided to go back to Brown Daub Kia where we purchased our previous car and see what they could do for us. We had the pleasure of working with Don Martin who helped us so much with our first car. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get into the car we needed while working with the fact we are pretty financially strapped right now with only me working and providing with for the family. We ended up getting a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and my wife, kids, and I couldn't be happier. The staff and Brown Daub Kia work hard to get you into the car you need and make sure you can afford it down the road. I am so appreciative of Brown Daub in Easton! With low 600's for my credit score, I was thrilled to be approved for a car loan, especially since I was having difficulty. They gave me a good value for my trade in, which was a Kia Sportage 2006, and had over 105,000 miles on it. When I had purchased my Kia Sportage, my dad was my co-signer, and he recently went through Bankruptcy. As a result, my credit was affected, and the car was put in Bankruptcy, thus showing in all 3 Credit Bureaus that there was no car loan under my name, even though I had been paying on it for 2 1/2 years! So, Brown Daub had to contact Santander, my car loan, to get verification that I indeed had been paying on my car loan. It was all handled very professionally. Also, I wanted my monthly payment to be not more than $400. They did their best and got me approved with 6.74 percent interest, which was fantastic since low credit scores usually put interest rates 12-15%. So now, I have a very nice Kia Soul that I can afford, and a car loan in my name only! Thank you Don Martin (who came in on his day off to help me) and the team at Brown Daub Kia in Easton for taking such good care of me and being so understanding of my situation!

After many years of hearing Tom Ring's various "catchy" advertising jingles on the radio; I finally took the opportunity of experiencing their great customer service first hand. The Memorial Weekend advertising campaign that flooded the radio sparked my contemplating the purchase of a new car; I took a ride over to the dealership just to "browse" and came home the same day with a sporty 2010 Altima Coupe that I love! With only one step inside the door I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Jake Roehrich. He was very friendly and made me feel right at home was we discussed various types of cars, he was very informative, kind and courteous. He was a great listener and displayed a sense of caring more about his customer's needs than scoring a sale. Although the dealership was filled with curious potential buyers, Jake did not rush me or pressure me into buying a car. If you haven't learned over the years that the people at dealerships are sales men and will tell you anything to get you there and then try and sell you something else you have been living under a rock and need to go back there. Being lead into a deal or hageling the price is part of the game get over it.

I had an 01 Durango and the motor blew. I still owed $2,200 on it. They paid it off non running motor and all and also gave me $2,000 for a down payment. Lets understand something I did have to play the game and bring the price down to where I wanted it and could afford and that is what I expected to have to do since I was dealing with a sales person. I was in sales for 7 years I know what to expect. All in all they were very nice and helped me out. After some negotiating and deal making I was in a newer 06 Ram for exactly what I wanted to pay. If your're looking for a good place to buy a car this is the place. Please understant that these people are also trying to make a living and that if you think its going to take a total of 2 hours to buy a vehicle you need to re-evaluate your thought process. This is a good place to go to and I recommend this place to everyone. Good luck with your purchasing. ;o)

Lies start from the first contact. They are the yes dealer. You have to call because they have 0 info online. You call and they say yes I have 4 in the color you want, yes you are approved and yes we can get you out of my car even though I know I am under water on it. I show up and am blasted to give my info. I thought I was already approved WRONG! Before I get to look at my car I wanted I was asked for a cosigner. NO! So let me go out myself. Guess what the Sorento I wanted they did not have. The manager that came to cool my jets, was an automated response robot that gives the same speach to each pissed off customer. Very cold an full of lies. So I left and called for owner Tom, he's not there, so I get voicemail. I get a call back from a nice lady. She tried to help but again no call back. My perception, lie after lie. Stay away. Check other forums I will be contacting BBB, state attorney general and the FTC because of the phone abuse and bait and switch. I suggest you review edmunds reviews and others before you go.

Buying a car these days is just an unpleasant experience. But this place takes the cake. Was very interested in the KIA Soul. MSRP Base price was $16,785. Add in the "Optional" warranty and unjustified "Marketing" fee, it raised the cost to $20,985. Advised the salesman that we were not interested in the "Options" and wanted just the MSRP base price. He said no problem, we'll just give you a no trade in credit. Ok - so we proceeded with the application and what not. First offer came back at $399 per month? Asked what price they were basing this cost on and was given the run around. "Well - lets not focus on that but lets focus on what you are trying to achieve". We said ok here is what we are looking to achieve. After another round of "Let me talk to my manager" came back with a lesser total but longer term...? Again asked what the price was they were basing this on. He didn't know and had to go ask his manager again. Came back with lower offer and still no price. Ask again for price. Same answer and action. After the 5th time of asking for the price and after 2 hours of waiting, he came back with a sheet that showed starting price of $20985. When questioned about the MSRP sticker price of $16785 here was his response........"That's just a suggested price. We have to have a mark up somewhere"....HAD ENOUGH AND WALKED OUT! Husband called the manager when we got home and was given the act that the salesman didn't know what he was doing and that he should never have talked discounts out on the lot, that only the Sales Managers discuss those details. What about the sticker price? The manufacturer gives that number for a reason, not so they can make up their own price! Contacted Lehighton Kia and purchased a better model, more options and at a lower price over the phone.

Called them I do not have a ride to get there so I am begging family. well I call them and they tell me I am pre approved. Now I didint give them social or anything and they have 40 banks where most dealers have 10 I am leary of them ....lets see what happens.
