Our hot water went out last weekend. The water heater is in the attic. Why the builder would put a water heater in the attic is the million dollar question, but that's not why I'm writing this review.
Pete's Carpet cleaning has been a trusted "friend" for a few years now. They do a great job at cleaning our carpet every year. At first it didn't occur to me to call Pete's Carpet Cleaning, but I found a Pete's Water Damage and called them. Pete owns this place to, so it was an easy choice as I knew they would be dependable.
They worked hard at getting the standing water up, and then had to use the special drying equipment to get our home dried out.
It did take 3 days, but they told us it would, and the Farmers insurance adjuster said that was a normal time, and he stated he had done numerous claims with Pete's and in his opinion they did very good work.
The water damage happened last Saturday, and when I got home from work yesterday (thursday), all the repairs were completed, perfectly well. You would never know there was a problem here.
I am stoked, and so glad we called Pete's Water Damage for this fix we were in. I haven't had to pay a penny out of pocket yet, and so far the only thing I will have to pay is the deductible. The insurance has covered everything. Thank you Pete.

Scheduled them to do 3 rooms and they did not stop trying to upsell extra costly services that were not needed. RIDICULOUS!!! I WILL NEVER use them again and never refer them to any one for their services!!!

Called this company after reading about them on-line. Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday at noon.
They were exactly ON TIME so One Star for that.
They measured the areas and gave me a price that was almost exactly what we figured it would be ( they charge by the square foot and we measured it before so we had a pretty close idea of what it was going to be) and gave us all the info and guaranty in writing up front, another star for that.
They did a fantastic job, better than expected actually, and we are astonished at the results. One More Star for this.
They were very polite and professional, VERY informative, and friendly. One more star here.
The carpet was dry in less than 2 hours, and very soft, and did not need any deodorizers or perfumes, it smells clean and I know it is. One More Star.
