I take my BMW mini cooper here for service all the time and have faith in the mechanics here. There all ex BMW employees and give you the same high end service you'll find at BMW dealerships minus the crazy prices.

I come here because the BMW dealership apparently wants my mortgage to fix a transmission problem that all BMW tends to have a problem with. I have owned 3 BMW's throughout a decade and every single one of those BMW's had transmission issues. I took it to Euro Auto Spot and was surprised to run into Tom a former BMW repair service adviser for BMW San Diego. Left a happy girl with a few thousand to spare. People should file a class action lawsuit for BMW to repair our transmission for free. I really love my BMW so I deal with these issues, very happy I found a new BMW repair shop to go to that's reasonable.

EAS BMW Service is great for inexpensive BMW repairs. I took my BMW in to them, they diagnosed it right away and had a fast turnaround. I had squeaky brakes and knew my BMW needed a brake job. They're a few blocks away from the UTC La Jolla, so you can go shopping while you wait for your BMW service! They're also use OEM BMW parts, so all repairs and service are equivalent to taking it to the BMW dealership. I've never seen so many sweet BMW's in one place in San Diego. People who know and love BMW's go here, and for good reason...family owned, honest and master certified BMW mechanics.

I am very satisfied with Euro Auto Spot's service. They are pros and know what they are doing. They are honest and don't beat around the bush. I took my car there after going to another independent BMW specialist for many years and I am happy to have made the switch. They are reasonably priced and take good care of your vehicle.

For you BMW owners, once your warranty expires, don't go back.

This is one of my favorite Independent BMW service facilities in San Diego. This one is closer to me, than the other one, so I would have to consider this home base.

These guys are prompt, always squeeze you in, keep you updated on any and everything. They ordered a bmw part for a minor repair that didn't show up in time. I selected where the bmw part should be ordered, so it was my fault for recommending a company that doesn't deliver on time. I chose that company because it was cheaper online. Anyhow they ordered the identical bmw part from their vendors which came 4 days in advance, and it was the same price for that bmw part. I trust these guys and they come highly recommended.

Can't go wrong here folks. Bottom line, we don't trust anyone when it comes to our BMW's. With these guys you can push those fears aside, you're ready to roll.

Thanks guys, I hope to never see you again, but I'm sure I will. Thanks for not taking me for a month's paycheck as others would gladly do!

I'll start by saying that I am fanatical about my BMW M5. I spend ridiculous amounts of time reading, researching, and learning about parts, maintenance, and modifications. Unfortunately, I lack the space, BMW tools, and to some degree the technical experience to feel comfortable with more than BMW oil change, BMW brake job, etc. Further, since my car is my daily driver, I can't take a chance on a repair gone wrong and then be stuck without transportation.

This is where Euro Auto Spot comes in.

I've had my BMW in here a few times now for some bigger jobs...suspension maintenance, clutch + flywheel replacement, BMW Inspection II. Each time I dropped the car off, it was always serviced on time (usually early). Not to mention, Tom has been great about emailing status updates (often numerous times during a single day) and providing input on any other issues that may arise.

Further, I feel completely comfortable asking, "what do you recommend I do today, and what can we put on the list for next time?" You won't get a hard sell here, just honest & helpful input to help you make a decision.

Also, while they are the cheapest shop on earth (we're talking BMWs here), they are leaps and bounds ahead of the dealer, and at least in my case, BMW Inspection II comes with extra work (like spark plugs) that the dealer won't even provide while still charging you $400 more.

I cannot recommend these guys enough....simply put, they're awesome!

After my BMW had over 100000 miles it started to need repairs like any vehicle of that age. I tried numerous BMW specialists and was prepared to sell until I was introduced to Euro Auto Spot. If I did not know Shane I would not own a foreign car. Shane runs a meticulous shop, is an expert in his niche of strictly BMW's, and is capable to diagnose, recommend and service quickly. Thank you Shane for saving me time and money. If you own a BMW do yourself a favor and give Shane a call.

They are always willing to take time to educate me on the services that are done prior to me accepting the charges. Substantially cheaper than other bmw service centers in San Diego.

I was recommended to Euro Auto Spot by a mutual acquaintance who claimed that they're the most trustworthy service center in San Diego. They did a walk around on my BMW and showed me all that needed to be repaired or serviced. They priced everything needing replacement or maintenance and gave me rough figures on how much it would cost at their service center vs the BMW dealership cost. I phoned up the local BMW dealership in Clairemont and it was pretty much on the dime give or take $100 over a $1200 job. It's best to give them a call on extensive repairs, just to get a ballpark figure on the time it takes to finish.

Had my transmission replaced in my silver 323 4 door for 60% of what the dealer quoted me. Cars back on the road and transmission is smooth as butter.
