Everyone at the service department is always so excellent to me, I always bring all of my oil changes and warranty fixes to the Honda Dealership. Josh, Joshua, George, and everyone else are always very helpful. This was my first time working with Joshua, and he was wonderufl to work with. I like people that are real and on point. He was both. This particular visit was the most excellent in 4 years of coming to Bell Honda. I was given a rental car which made the process much smoother and easier for me instead of bringing the car in twice. I love love love my warranty, and will always purchase a warranty when I buy a vehicle because it makes me feel like a VIP when I check out and everything is free! Car was washed up nice, looked brand new! Now if you guys could just throw in a quick vacumme job that would be SUPERIOR service! Also had a mirror painted and it looks so incredibly good, I have to thow a kudos out to the body shop as well. It looks excellent and matches the vehicle perfect. I cant quite get the electric mirror to work properly though, so I either need to play with it some more or bring it back in for adjustment to the cables.

On April 17, 2012 I went to "Bell Honda" with the intentions of looking for a new vehicle equiped with a Power Moon-Roof which I had spend 22,127.65. I came across with a salesperson whom I felt was nice and professional in the way he approach my husband and I. I then purchased a 2012 Honda Civic with of course a Power Moon-Roof. My experience with Bell Honda started out very nicely until we went to the Fiance Dept., and it is unfortunate that it landed to be a disaster, this was a bad experience for me. I felt that I was mis-led and the Fiance Mgr. himself didn't explain to me my down-payment in full on my contract which was very important to me and I landed paying $1,550.00 more which it wasn't in the deal. I only agreed to put down $1,000.00 and my trade-in of my 2010 Ford Mustang in excellent condition with very low mileage which had already equity enough for Bell Honda to work on the deal. Also, I never agreed to give my extended warranty and cap money as a additional down payment on the deal.. We then went back to the Fiance Dept.. to resolve this problem as well as trying to get back some of my money back with a "Proposal" to an offer of which we were disputing, and to "No Avail". "BEWARE".. that with all of my experiences in purchasing and trading my vehicles with other dearlerships, "Bell Honda" is about the first most "Dis-honest" and Un-TrustWorthen dealership that I have ever encounter. With this said, my suggestion for anyone that is interested in looking for a new vehicle is to be Very Careful.."Never Refer" or Buy a new vehicle of any kind from "Bell Honda". I was "Rip-Off"! and this shouldn't have happen to me or to anyone for that matter.

I bought a new 2008 Honda Fit from this dealership in May 2008. At the time of the sale they pushed me to buy a three year tire maintenance agreement for $400, which was actually more than I ended up paying for four brand new tires during that period. They got the money for the tire maintenance policy refunded to me at my request, but I never received the tax I paid.

Since that time I have had the car in for regular maintenance and two recall-related services and have complained for the past two years that the car is burning one quart of oil for every 1500 miles. Each time this concern has been dismissed by a Sales Manager as normal. It is NOT normal, and has resulted in my having to limp the car into a mechanic twice because the Check Engine light is on long before the car is due for a regular oil change.

To add insult to injury, various salespeople have been calling me on my cell phone every 1-2 months trying to get me to trade this Fit in for another car. I have repeatedly asked them verbally, and once in writing, to stop calling me, but they persist. I have never had another dealership make these kinds of calls.

If you want to be involved with a dealership that cares little for Customer Service and a lot for the bottom line I would consider Bell Honda.

I went to Bell Honda Last week due to a mail I got offering me a Buy back of my Honda Odyssey and I had a terrible experience. Watch out these people are using deceptive advertising in my opinion for their Buyback Sales Event.

I was sent an offer for my Odyssey with my VIN number, my name was on it and then at the dealership they denied me the offer because my van was not 'Touring'. When they sent me the offer they would have known that my van was not a touring as I bought the van from them before and they even had my VIN number on the letter. Its all a trick to get you in to the dealership.
