Often times people only share their negative experiences and fail to express when something goes JUST AS IT SHOULD, easily and professionally! Your attention to detail and incredible memory regarding my 2005 Mazda 3 and it's history made me realize why I drive to Denton in the first place. They are very nice people here, like good ole country boys. They are not pushy, the finance guy matched the rate I could get because I have great credit. He was very nice also. The best experience was the delivery of the car. Chad showed me how all the bells and whistles worked. This young man was thorough and knew what he was doing. He must have spent 45 minutes with me going through it all. He was nice, polite and a real gentlemen. It is hard these days to find a nice young man like him that loves his job like he does. I told them they have a keeper. I have bought cars in many places, but I would have to say this is the best experience we have had. The whole deal only took an hour. All the other stuff was done on the phone before we got there. We love the jeep!

From the time we bought our 07 MX5 GT we have been pleased with the total experience Classic Mazda has to offer. We recently came in with a couple of problems we have had for a couple of years, since we live so far away we had not had an opportunity to come get it taken care of. We came so far to buy the car because we found the best deal by far at Classic. The problems were both addressed and taken care of with compassion and concern; this is rare as other dealerships seem to write off the customer after the sale is made. This has not been our experience with Classic and its employees. We would buy another car there and would certainly advise anyone to do the same. Customer Service is a dying notion in the world today, and I am fearful that young people will never remember it because they have not seen it in their lifespan. It is exciting to know that there are still some businesses that believe in taking care of the people that pay their salaries. It is a joy to come into Classic, to look around or for service. The job is done right and we are treated with dignity and respect. Thanks for helping my family get through our minor issues and making us happy with our car again.

I have been a Mazda owner since 2004. Originally I was turned off by the sales department and I did not buy my Mazda at Classic. I kept receiving correspondence from them though, and after a terrible and expensive issue with Kwik Kar- I decided to give their service center a try. That was the best vehicular decision I have EVER made.

I cannot ever give glowing enough reviews of Aaron to do the service he has given me over the years justice. I would not ever take my car anywhere for service ever again. I had used Kwik Kar for oil changes prior to taking my car to the dealership for service. Kwik Kar of Denton managed to mess up the splash guard on my Mazda 3. While driving it came loose and caused an unbelievable amount of damage. I got multiple estimates to have it repaired, and to my shock and dismay - Classic was the cheapest. Aaron was very helpful and even helped me with other issues it had caused that I was unaware had happened. He did this and the total cost was still LOWER than my lowest estimate elsewhere. Over the years he has always been an amazing help - all the way down to reminding me of my coupons when I come in. Thanks to Classic's service center - my next car will also be a Mazda because I know I can trust their service center. (Though I can't lie - if Aaron went elsewhere... so would I).

I bought a Dodge Durango in Sept 2008 and was treated very well. The cost was extremely fair, and I have had no trouble w/ the SUV. The finance dept also went above and beyond. Two weeks after I purchased my Durango, they called and asked me to come in and sign new loan paperwork. They got me a better interest rate and saved me more than $50 a month on my payments. I will definitely do business with this dealership in the future.
