Absolutely horrible. After making a good initial impression, seems this vet and staff went straight down the toilet. Usually a very long wait time to even get checked in. Longer still to see the actual vet, and good luck if you need to wait for medication! Kept giving them the proverbial "second chance" time after time only because the first impression was so good. The staff is uncaring and unprofessional, and the vets for the most part very condescending. The last straw was this week. I took my cat in for a thyroid test on Monday and was told by the owner (no less!) I would have the results on Tuesday. Needless to say, Tuesday came and went and no call, Wednesday I called them but was told the lab was "running behind" and had not processed the sample but should come in any time. Thursday, no call. Friday I called them again, and was told they did indeed get the results back but the dr. that was to go over the results was "in surgery" but would call me when she got out. Tired of waiting, called back a bit after 4pm and was initially told the results were NOT back yet. I explained what I had been told earlier and was placed on hold for 3-5 minutes before Dr. Pintzow picked up. She told me I had been misinformed as the test takes 3-4 days to run. I asked why no one I had spoken to (including the owner) had given me the proper information to begin with. All she could do was offer excuses. I told her it seemed no one in the office seemed to know what they were talking about, which is obviously a fact! They're slogan is "compassionate care at reasonable prices". I think the word "compassionate" should be replaced by "incompetent"!

I have been seen at the Temecula location several times with my animals. I normally see Dr. Karen Kurowski who is now at the Murrieta location now. She is a great vet with great personality who always explains and discusses options. I always feel she cares about my pet and wants me to make the best informed decision for my pet. I cannot say enough good things about her.
However today we saw Dr. Stefanie Young, D.V.M at Temecula location and she is just terrible. She has a very argumentative posture. The minute you question her about details or express your concerns she becomes defensive and is not able to have a respectful discussion with you. It was more important to her to dictate the test / treatment and to have you just accept it. We ultimately agreed to her test which came back negative as I expected it would. Her vet to client relationship is bad. I will let people know how she treated a pet owner who was looking to her for help an got a major negative ATTITUDE!!! Shame on her! Choose anyone but her when you go to this location.

With all my experience in taking my animals to the Vet, this experience by far tops them off as the WORST! South Temecula Veterinary Hospital is the most despicable business with an even worse staff. So many people were so rude to my family and I, and even worst they all had no compassion WHATSOEVER towards my dying animal. And as far as price wise, are you kidding me? Do you get NO business at all so that when you DO get customers you have to gouge them? I had been in the office past their closing time and they had failed to tell me that they had an "after hours charge" so here I am trying to fix my cat with the knowledge of this fee and then they drop it on me like a bomb. And it was $500! Are you kidding me?! They had NEVER mentioned this to me before, no signs were posted to make people aware of this rule so how could you even apply it? It's disgusting when Vet offices just want to suck the money out of poor people with sick pets. Do you have any compassion at all? I guess not, it looks like "Dr." Cramer and his staff are all money hungry and it is DISGUSTING! Their motto is even "Compassionate care at a reasonable price", even though I have NEVER seen them apply that to my animal or many others. Be warned!

We brought our 18year old cat Raja in to be put down last night, and right away he was examining her, roughly, and didn't want to listen to anything we had to say. I was appalled! My jaw literally hit the floor. Raja has had an amazing life with a family who has loved her from the day we rescued her! Court Cramer is nothing but a money hungry, so-called "Dr.".
Not to mention the office alters your charts and write things that never happened. I am shocked by the "compassionate" service that we received last night.

The rescue that I got my dog from recommended this vet because that is where they take all their dogs. I positive thing is that they are very nice.

HOWEVER, they REALLY over-medicate. My dog was seen for a cut leg, which they then found out he had a hematoma on his ear. They drained it, it came back, they recommended surgery, which we did. There was complications from the surgery and we did some research to find out it was performed incorrectly. Then they said he needed to be on Prednisone, cortisone, and allergy medicine for LIFE! My dog developed food aggression and PICA from the steroids resulting in a stomach blockage (xray and enema bill later), and he still got an ear infection again! So we took him off all the meds and you know what? He has not had an ear infection or any other medical problem in a year! Oh!, and they also said my dog needed 1.5cups of food less than what the bag of dog food recomended (my dog isn't even overweight)- which I also think has contributed to the long term food aggression my dog has developed.

I will not return to this vet. Though well intentioned, I think they either don't truly know what they are doing, or are in the business of over-medicating to make extra money.

I just had my dog neutered at this hospital last week. I own my own business so I am pretty observant about how a place is run. The hospital is very clean, the staff is friendly, well trained and helpful. I had Dr Kurowski, she is very personable and did a great job with my pet. The prices were fair and reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Incredible Veterinarian. Knowledgable staff and doctors. Caring people who have the animals best interest at heart. This hospital also does work with many animal rescue and welfare organizations and have had a hand in saving countless lives.

I have taken my 2 huskies and some of my rats to Dr. Cramer. Each time he has been very knowledgeable, and I appreciate that his first answer is not to spend money on drugs or surgery. Those are the last resort. Our dogs are elderly and have some serious health issues, and Dr. Cramer always tries the method that is the most natural. He has also done surgery on my female husky and one of my rats and the outcome has always been very positive.

This office took my dog in for a checkup when I didn't have an appointment with their office. It turns out that my appointment was with a rivaling office, but yet they still took me in. I didn't realize I wasn't in the right place until I was at checkout and they wouldn't honor a coupon that I said was on their website. When it turned out that I wasn't in the right place, they didn't even try to help! The desk clerk said that they took people as walk-ins all the time and that I was in their system (we BOARDED 2 other dogs with them ONE TIME). Dr. Kramer just said I SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT I HAD A COMPLIMENTARY COUPON. They looked at me as if I was in the wrong for wanting my complimentary visit. I told them that it was shady for them to bring someone back without properly screening them at check in and the GIRL WHO CHECKED ME IN SAID SHE DIDN'T. Completely LIED to my face and to the Dr. She was the one who asked for my name and then tried to turn the whole thing around on me.

I'm not knocking the exam. That part rates 5 stars. I also should have checked the name and where I was, but people make mistakes. Whatever. What ticks me off is that they did not even TRY to make it easier for me. No offer for a discount, no offer for anything off my next visit. No attempt to keep me as a customer. They just took my money and said that they hoped that the service spoke for itself.

Called the other Vet Hospital and it turns out that they have a rivalry going on and that this isn't the first time that this has happened. Shady, if you ask me. Even if you took walk-ins, I TOLD YOU I HAD AN APPT! Obviously I was in the wrong place. They later said that they didn't even have anything booked at that time and thought I was a walk-in. AGAIN, I TOLD YOU I HAD AN APPT. They just pointed out again that I was in their system. Common courtesy would be to point that out. They could have just said, I know you're in the wrong place, but why don't you stay. We can help you, too.

If snaking customers is the way you do business, it's incredibly dishonest. Why would I come back?

We adopted a kitten last September and A.R.K. recommended this facility to us. We've been very happy with their service. Being first time pet owners, we did not know what to expect. The Dr. & staff were very informative and attentive. They have really good vaccination plans that won't break your bank. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly and gentle with the pets.
