My Ford Focus broke down on I-5, near to the dealership. I had AAA tow me into the service department and was relieved to find it still open. I gave the keys to the Orange Team manager and explained what the problem was. Next day i got a call from Kyle that it wasn't serious and it would be ready to pick up the next morning. I expected the worst but was thrilled that it was just a small part.Kyle did a great job explaining what happened. I picked up my car and went on my way, barely inconvenienced.

Diane was marvelous. She helped me from her first email all the way through the purchase. No strong arming, just care and friendship. My husband, a retail manager for 35 years, said she was extremely professional without being cold or pushy, an exceptional recommendation from him. Diane saw to it that everything was efficient and speedy. She even followed up with a call to see if we were happy with the car after driving it home in rush hour traffic. Boy, we sure are!

Had old Mercury in to repair power steering leak. Part was ordered on Thursday and repairs promised for Friday. I had a great experience working with Tony and the green team. I came in for my The Works check up and my car needed a little more work done. Tony kept me informed, provided information about all my options, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated his time and help.

On a different note: I spent a lot of time in the kids playroom with my son and that room is in serious need of some updates. Room was clean and toys were organized but no way to know if or how often toys are cleaned and the walls and carpet need an upgrade. My sons hands were black after touching toys and carpet. Would also be so amazing to have a rocking chair or a quiet corner for breastfeeding. I used the customer business room next door since it was quiet and empty. Not sure how many moms and kids you have in the waiting room daily, but I can tell you all moms appreciate a fun and clean place to keep our kids entertained and we would definitely notice and spread the word if our dealership had a breastfeeding room/corner.

Bought car from this dealership and had its first scheduled maintenance today.
It was a good experience , it did take awhile due to having several vehicles ahead of mine, but it was certainly reasonable. There are many very nice cars at this lot to look at while you wait. The sales staff is very friendly and professional.

I did not specify any definite appointment time other than that I would come in as early as possible this AM. They took the car right in when I got there, which was really nice and helpful. I was offered a ride home, but I declined, preferring to stay there and wait. The repair work was done in two hours time which was acceptable and expected.
