My family has been with Deepwood since moving here from NJ in 1987. They have seen us through many wonderful pets and have helped us cope with their loss. When one of my little spaniels was very ill, they called to tell me they had made her fresh eggs for breaakfast to try and get her to eat. Not many clinics offer that kind of help. I have always found them to be understanding and gracious...I can't think of a better place to take my best friends for their health needs.

Use to both board at Deepwood and use their veterinary services. Discontinued both. They were never to accomodate my request to inspect the kennel area. Didn't request the specific area where my dog would be kept, just want to inspect the cage layout and run area. Inspecting the kennel/boarding area is recommended by kenneling associations.

In all my years as a pet owner, dogs and cats, Deepwood has provided services above and beyond on many occasions. My best friend would not still be with me today if not for the excellent care and treatment she received from Dr.Pool and the entire Deepwood staff. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends. They care for your pets like they were their own, with extreme loving care. :)

I have been using Deepwood vet clinic for my animals' care for the past 10 years. Dr Pool and her staff have always taken the time to answer my many questions and be there for me no matter what time of day or night when I have had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone who asks, and have also sent my extended family to her facility for the wonderful care they provide. I trust their boarding staff to watch my pets closely when I am away, and the medical team is ready to assist in any event that could arise. I have also had many animals have both regular surgeries, like spaying, and one of my pets had an emergency surgery, all were handled with the care and concern as if my pets belonged to the staff. I plan to continue to use Deepwood for many years to come, and thank them for all they do.

My experience started out well and then ended up the worst I have ever been treated. I was a new client and my cat was sick and was hospitalized there and received great treatment and they were very nice when she had to go to heaven. I was told they would bill me. I received a bill and then misplaced it and forgot. The next bill I received was for over $200 more with services that were previously discounted due to my circumstance. Included was also a short rude letter from the new Hospital Director stating they waited long enough for me to pay so she charged me in full for things a doctor didnt charge me for...it had been one month and I never received any other follow up from the first bill! I have been calling now for 4 months and the Hospital Director wont return my calls. I would advise anyone to stay away...they dont know what they are doing over there!

Deepwood vet is wonderful. We have been using them for about 8 years and they are the best. When our kitty got very sick and there was nothing they could do, Dr Poole stayed late, until I could get there, to help her to heaven. They took me right to the room and let me stay with the kitty for as long as I wanted. Just recently my dog got very sick in the morning and I went in with no appointment and Dr Poole saw me right away. Dr Poole is the type of doctor that you can see truly loves the animals and what she does, it is wonderful to know that your animals are going to be taken care. The staff is professional and courteous. I would and do recommend this vet to anyone.

Deepwood Veterinary Clinic is FANTASTIC! The technicians and healthcare team are great and always give exquisite care to each of my pets. The Doctors are thorough and give the best quality care to each of my critters. I have enjoyed them all! I highly recommend Deepwood Veterinary Clinic to any pet owner, large or small or exotic, they even have a huge lodging area and grooming too!
