This is by far the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car at a car dealership. From the welcome by Sal to the trade-in eval by Shane to the finance by Huma, I actually left the dealership feeling I bought a great car at an honest price. I just wanted to drop you a note telling you how pleased I was with my service experience. The process was quick and painless. My service advisor ( Kevin Morris ) was extremely friendly and thorough in explaining what my car needed. He didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. This is the reason I will continue to come back to your dealership for future service visits, and then to purchase a new car when needed.

Great service.
Second time without appointment for service on my new CX5, and never had to wait more than half hour. My service associate was Aiesha Jones for the second time, and she is very nice, professional person, and friendly. She explained everything very clear. I would recommend her to whomever needs service at that location. Thank you Aiesha, hope to see you aging next time!

Mazda Classic was an overall very good experience. Ron Wilkins was my sales associate. Ron was upfront, easy going, and very informative in answering any questions I had. Ron wasn't pushy and went above and beyond to assist me in anyway he could and find a car that would fit my needs. I would highly recommend requesting his service. However, I was a bit disappointed with some of the management staff and how quickly they went through the finance process. They seemed impatient when I had questions and when I wanted to go over all details of this large purchase I was making. Out of the three Mazda dealers I went to, this was the most respectful and helpful.

Very easy to deal with and an honest dealership! As far as my sales rep. Ron Wilkins was friendly and very "up front" with me and my family.
