I travel from San Diego to Valencia to meet-up with my family AND get my Acura maintained, by Magic Auto Center. I have been their customer since 2000, and trust in them. Most of my maintenance is done here. I have had my tires, brakes and major issues resolved here. Thank you Moe and your team at Magic Auto Center.

I received a call from Moe today.

Frankly, in today's world, this kind of customer support and dedication to quality of service is becoming uncommonly rare. Moe discussed the issue with me and did not offer any excuses. He understood my frustration and visible suspicions and assured me that what likely was caused by miscommunication will not happen again.

Also, Moe informed me that for certain makes of vehicles, he ultimately makes the final decision on the type of work that needs to be done to complete the repair. In my case, that part of the process did not happen.

Our discussion today recaptured the confidence I had for this man's establishment. I appreciate the effort that he took to assure me that he values my business and will make things right.

This classy move by Moe today changes my whole perception of Magic Auto Center and I can confidently recommend his shop to anyone who asks.

Initial Impression/Review:

Be very careful when considering this repair facility!

After reading all the positive reviews about this shop, I brought in my BMW 545I because of an increasingly loud noise from my rear wheels which I suspected to be from a bad wheel bearing. However, after inspection by their mechanics, they determined that the problem was not a bad wheel bearing but the rear differential and estimated the cost to be about $2,000.00 for the repair. The shop manager, Keith, also informed me that he might be able to get slightly used parts that may bring the cost down a bit. He said that he will contact his suppliers and then call me with an update. After waiting and not getting a call back, I decided to call the next business day to inquire if the part was located. Keith indicated that he was so busy and was not able to call. He will however, call his supplier immediately and call me back. I never got the call. I called again the next day and received the same excuse and another promise that I will get a call back as soon as he contacts his supplier. Again, I did not get a call.

After two failed promises, I started to doubt the reliability of this establishment and decided to get a second opinion from an independent repair shop that specializes in my make of car. Incredibly, they diagnosed my problem as a faulty wheel bearing just as I suspected. The repair was completed using original equipment parts for $330.00!

Do yourself a favor and shop around. Repair shops that specialize in your make of car might seem to be more expensive but their familiarity with your vehicle should enable them to make a more accurate analysis of your problem. You might just save yourself a lot of aggravation and money!

I??ve been going to Moe for about 10 years now and all I can say is I hope he never retires. He has taken care of my cars like they were his own. His crew has never let me down whenever I have a question. They are courteous, pleasant and soooo professional. Moe will go out of his way to solve any problem you may have and if he can??t fix it he will find the right party that can. I love this man????????

Moe and his staff locate and take care of any problem big or small quickly and at a fair price. I have always received personal and honest attention whether my car needed a small adjustment or major repairs. I exchanged my honda with 237,000 miles for a used lexus knowing Moe could keep it running for many miles.

Thank you Moe so much for the great job you always do! Moe is the only trusthworthy and honest mechanic/owner I have met and will only take my car to him at Magic Auto Center. was fortunate to find a mechanic shop in town that is owned by an HONEST person, Moe trained and worked for a large dealerships. He have all the tools and training as the big dealership, but lower prices and faster service. Since he know the car personally, I can always count on him to find issues quickly and give me direct feedback. I also like that they personally drive me home and pick me up when the car is ready. A huge bonus!

The mechanics at Century Auto Clinic are excellent problem solvers, which is very helpful during these tough economic times. I have been taking my BMW to MAGIC AUTO CENTER for about 5 years. They are very professional and also have great prices. Moe has proved to be very honest and will not trust anyone but him with my car.
