I traded in my 2011 Toyota 4-Runner (Trail) for a 2014 CRV-EX-L. The sales staff went out of their way to locate the specific car I wanted(it was in Georgia), shipping it down, then proceeded to give me the deal I was expecting. Was it easy? You bet. The hardest part of the deal was waiting for the car to arrive at the dealership and then, as always, the paperwork.

Took my 2010 Accord in to have brakes checked. I had an appointment. I waited a while to see what the shop came up with, and then my service advisor approached me with a service manager. I was a bit nervous and was expected bad news. It was explained to me that the sounds I had been hearing (intermittently) were probably sand or dirt rubbing on the disk/rotor assembly. Not much anyone can do about that. So, I asked about safety, and the wear on the brakes was minimal and that there was absolutely no safety concern. All brakes were checked, suspension was checked. All were in excellent condition. After putting my mind as ease, I was handed my work order, which had a fee of $0.00 on it. That's right... zero! Way to go, Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. You know I'll be back.

Repair- Service was fast & courteous. Waiting area pleasant, and a donut was appreciated. The ride to nearby home (and return) was very appreciated. I'll be back.

I traded in my 2010 CRV-EX for the 2014 model. Usually, buying a car is not an experience for the faint-of-heart. In this case, I was surprised by the efficiency and professionalism of the process. The sales manager, Aaron Smith, and the salesperson, Jackie, were excellent. I got a reasonably good deal -- good enough for me to sign off on it. The car is superb and the attention to detail on the part of the sales and financial person (Margaret) was impressive. So long as they continue their evident attention to customer service, I will continue to take my business to them.

I just took my car in for maintenance. The drop off was hassle free as was the pick up. As usual, the only additional work suggested was for issues I already suspected. In the past, I wasn't much for getting my car serviced at a dealership. Since I've gotten my Honda, I've been very happy with the service and never feel as if the mechanic is trying to add unnecessary services to my bill. That was my past experience at other dealerships. I've been very happy with my Honda and the service I receive at Courtesy.

For the purchase of a new CR-V, I was treated fairly and honestly by the sales staff. We agreed on a deal and I had done my homework prior to purchasing the vehicle. Once we agreed on the price, the paperwork was completed timely and efficiently.
I will not use them for service as prior issues in that department had them wanting to replace struts just after warranty had expired on separate vehicle. Honda Corporate had issued a notice to all dealers that these items had been packed with extra grease and some leakage was normal. Thankfully a client of mine alerted me to the notice and I saved a lot of money on unnecessary repairs.

On my fifth Honda! Service is first rate. I deal with the same service writer (Edwin), always treats me with respect. He is a true professional. As is Randy the mechanic, Rene the manager (always takes the time to come over to say hello), Rita asking if all is ok, and lets not forget Dom in sales. Dom still takes the time to speak to me years after my car was bought. Not only Dom in sales, even Jim and Lilly will also have a chat with me and ask how things are going. The best part ?? I never bought a car from them. Just great people.

I believe Justin has the customer in mind. This, to me, is the most important quality a sales agent can possess! When he went into the "back room,' I feel he represented my interests. I will continue owning Hondas partly because of the product and partly because of Justin. ?? Miriam Lane on 03-26-10

I recently purchased a New Honda from Courtesy and got world class service. I sent price quotes to all the local Honda stores in the Tampa area, and they were the first to respond and had one of the two lowest prices up front. After narrowing it down to just those two stores I asked for the "out the door prices" from both stores. After all the hidden fees were added in by the other dealer, palm harbor's price was almost $1,000 lower. I appreciate the upfront pricing and no hidden charges by this dealer. I would recommend if your in the market for a new Honda, try the palm harbor location for a great deal and even better service.

Interesting... I had the same experience with a salesman named Phil as well from the same dealership.

I feel for sale people during this economic time but the reality of it is that it's a consumer world right now and the sales folks are just living in it. I'm not saying it's right or fair to them but it's the reality. We are idiots if we don't weigh our options as consumers. The fact is that everyone wants and needs our business and that's a very strong negotiating place. On top of that if the customer service begins to lack in any way on any one of those negotiations that to me is a red flag.

My experience with Phil was I received a quote from him and all was well. Following getting far superior quotes from other places we were considering going in another direction. When I sent Phil the email he sent two angry response emails back. I would not dignify either with a response. The one thing I will say is that within one hour of Phil's unprofessional emails I received a voice mail from the internet sales manager letting me know he had been reviewing the correspondence between Phil and I and apologized for Phil's unacceptable emails. It saddens me that my unfortunate experience with Phil was not the first and that five months later he is still working there.

The lesson in this is that times have changed and true competitive pricing and outstanding customer service must take center stage. I believe that today??s consumer does research and will wait to get the best deal. It's up to the dealers to train their sales people to change the way they react to the consumer.

In this economy you do your research and check prices from several dealers. I was referred by a friend so I requested a quote. At this point I wanted only to deal by email so I made that known in the comment section of the quote request and entered a bogus phone number in the required field. The internet sales person was "stunned" that the number I provided was not in service. I was stunned he ignored my request and tried to call.

By reply email I asked Phil for his bottom line "out the door" price for a Mystic Green 2009 Honda Accord EX-L. It was higher than another dealer and I purchased from the lower priced dealer.

I got an email from Phil asking if I was still in the market for a new car. In his email he stated: "If I do not hear back from you in a few days I will place you on a no contact list assuming you're not interested in a vehicle so you don't get pointless emails and calls from me. Look forward to hearing from you."

I should have just ignored the email but I replied. I thanked him and said that I had purchased a new car.

His response:
"Thank you for all the time!!!!!!"

I replied: "You're welcome."

His response: "I was being sarcastic?" (his question mark)

My response is this review.
