These people are absolutely wonderful. As a matter of fact, I just took my beloved lab mix, Cindy, there today and in another month I will be bringing my mom's cat in. She is a very old Calico that I took last year after my mom passed away. I had used this veterinary hospital many years ago with my German shepherds who are both gone now. I did start using another veterinaian at one time with my last German shepherd because he was much closer to my house, but it was a BIG MISTAKE. So when I adopted my current dog, Cindy, I went back to Tri-County.

I think tricounty animal hopital is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and HONEST. It is obsurd the read comments abut lying. The doctors and staff are nothing but honest and have always served me and my many pets with the best medicine available. There will always be people who complain about money..I think those people belong going to shot clinics at the feed stores because thats all they are wanting shots or quick fixes. How many clinics offer wellness plan so you can afford to do things correctly with you loved one... and exam are nothing cost wise its great!!!!Tricounty and all the doctors and staff through all the years will always be the best, besides to those non believers-DO SOME RESEARCH ON ALL THESE LOCAL SO CALLED ANIMAL HOSPITALS, THEN YOULL REALLY SEE A DIFFERENCE-ASK THEM FOR A TOUR OF THERE FACILTY AT ANY TIME..SEE HOW THEY REACT-LOOK THEM UP ON AAHA

I have been taking my dog and cat to tcah for over 4 years. They have been nothing but good to me! A few weeks ago I had to take my dog in beacuse he was very sick. they added me on as a walk in, but I had no wait. The Dr explained every thing to me, and took xrays. I explained that I really didnt have the $ for them, he took them off my bill. This is not the only reason I like them. They have a Dr on cll 24/7. I would no even THINK about bringing my animals anywhere else!

This is not a good place to take your pet. I was overcharged and lied to. I took my cat there for the first time for tape worms. I got the shots instead of the pills. The doctor told me that the shot were $15 a piece, so I paid $30 dollars upfront for both the shots my cat needed. The doctor told me that their was a glitch in the computer system that would cause only one of the shots to show up on my receipt for $30 . When I went back three weeks later to get the second shot, I was told that I had to pay an extra $30! Of course I argued with the nurse and told her what the doctor told me about the shots being $15 a piece. The doctor acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, so I paid like $15 and left the clinic. Like two months later, I received a letter in the mail stating that they would file a lawsuit against me if I didn't pay the $15 for the shot and an extra service charge for like $6.50. . Of course I argued with the person that was in charge of billing about what I was told by the doctor, but there was nothing I could do because my bill stated that only paid the one shot for $30. So please don't take your pet to this clinic. They will try to screw you. I also talked to two different people that had the same problem I did with being lied to and overcharged. I will never go to this place again. This doctor and the staff at Tri-County Animal Hospital cannot be trusted
