It is this store!

If you don??t listen to me, then you will be the next victim. There are so many veicle repair stores, why take risk to ignore my comments and believe them?
My car was worth $5000 before repair. I spend $1000 dollars to repair the brake, but after a week my car had to be traded to Carmax with $2000. How does this happen?
The first time I went Mr. Tire was a bad experience also. I asked them about the price to change a front tire, and they told me that should be around $120. They didn??t have that kind of tire in store and ordered one for me. But when tire came and I went there to replace tire, the price went to more than $200. They said alignment of tires was required and the fee was not included in the first quote price!
Well, I always want to make things easier and save my time. They had service for oil change and provide free checking of the car. After checking, they list at least 5 other oils change and part replacement (total price is more than $500). One of the oil on their list was the one I just changed one month ago! Obviously, they lied.
Let me describe you the story of how I lose $4000 in their store.
Around a month later after tire replacement, I found the brake didn??t work very well. And the people checking the car told me the front rotor had problem. I thought this may be related to fron tire replacement. So I went to Mr. Tire again and they promised to check it for free. I made bad decision again!
At that day, I received a call from Mr. Tire and told me the brake of my car had problem and if I want to repair that, the total price would be around $500. I confirmed the total price and agreed to let them do it.
But after an hour, I received another call, saying they found another problem and the price would go up to $1300 to fix! I said then I wounldn??t bother to let them do it and plan to go to another garage to repair. Mr. Tire said my brake was so badly rusted that they couldn??t put it back and they wouldn??t allow my car to go without fixed brake!!!
It is a shame, isn??t it?!
I went to their store and they showed me the rusted parts and insisted that they don??t allow me to go without repaired brake. I said I could tow the car to another store then. They gave in and promised to give me $200 discount. I checked the items they charges one by one, and the manager??s face turned red, saying they double charged one service fee and crossed it. The price was cut down to around ~$1000. I didn??t know what will happen if I really tow the car to another garage and I finally agreed to let them do it.
I made another bad decision!
Right after their repair, both my wife and I notice that the transmission was not smooth anymore. After a week, the reverse transmission was totally non functional and I had to trade it to Carmax with $2000.
Another weird thing is, I mentioned to Mr. Tire that I may consider trade in the car without repair. And we received a call from a local dealer that they have a trade-in deal! We didn??t receive any similar call from dealers, how they know my cell phone number, and how they know that I want to trade in the car? It looks to me Mr. Tire sell my information to another company and they predict my car will go bad.
You know what? Before I went to Mr. Tire, I maitain my car quite well and it had no any problem at all. It was worth at least $5000.
I can??t sue them because I can??t find any evidence they cheat. I am a busy worker and don??t have time to argue with them.
But I believe they lie, they cheat, and they will squeeze you as much as they can. Their skill is also very poor. Don??t be fooled by their ??trustworthy? face. I wrote this down, just to avoid you to be the next victim of Mr. Tire!!!

I knew that I was going to need tires very soon and I had read some reviews on other sites and I was initially skeptical of going here, but then a tire blew out and my little temporary spare made me need tires sooner instead of later.

I did a lot of checking online and discovered that Mr. Tire had the best price for what I was looking for. I called and they confirmed exactly what their site said. (They were offering 4 tires for the price of 3 for the ones I wanted). This location happens to be the closest to where I live and they had the tires in stock. They set up a time for me to come in over the phone.

When I arrived they were ready to work on my car with no wait. They showed me the tires I was getting and they were exactly what I expected. They did everything quickly and professionally and I was very pleased. i was charged the exact amount promised with no 'extras' and no hassle.

Recently I noticed that a nail had punctured one of my brand new tires so back in I went and again, with no wait, they were able to fix the probably 'soon to be' flat for free (with a coupon I got from their website). I'm not sure I would have needed the coupon, but I brought it with me. They also offer free tire rotation for life, but I'm not ready for that yet.

I didn't think I'd find a place like the one I counted on in California but I've been very happy with this location of Mr. Tire in my 2 visits so far.
