If you live in Las Vegas especially the Summerlin area you need to bring your car down to Asian Imports for any auto repair you may need. They took care of my car like it was there own. Thanks again Keith

Pros: Rates and friendly service

My car died and based on the symptoms I told Asian Imports I thought it was the starter. After a short conversation during which the assured me it wasn't the starter but the battery, I agreed to let them replace the battery. Less than two weeks later it died and I had it towed to another mechanic where I found out that yes indeed, the starter was bad, the new battery was dead and it was the wrong battery.

The receipt was explicit about no refunds, etc but I took the battery back with the complaint they put the wrong one in and misdiagnosed the problem. I explained that I understood the terms of service but was returning the battery because it is considred toxic and not disposable by normal means. They didn't apologize, inquire about anything or offer up any resolution. It wasn't an ugly situation but I was stunned they didn't care enough to even try to have a more satisfied customer.

I should have trusted my own knowledge of vehicles and insisted the starter be replaced, but in retrospect...would it have done any good if they did that incorrectly too?

I will simply not go back and never recommend them.
